We had a wonderful experience during the building process with Millbrook Homes. We loved working with our site manager, Luke. He was client focused, a great communicator and a really nice guy. My wife's parents were building with Millbrook Homes and they recommended the builder to us. My professional background is industrial design and therefore I wanted to design a home that reflected our values and took advantage of our acreage in Kellyville. Millbrook Homes was appointed to build the custom design in 2017. I designed the home with two wings, a bedroom wing and a living wing which included a theatre room, large 4.5m kitchen island bench and butler s pantry. The design focused on maximising our bushland views and comfort through large double glazed windows. We really liked the colour scheme of the Millbrook display home and therefore closely mirrored the styling. They were excellent at interpreting our brief and understanding what we wanted to achieve. Most importantly they worked with me to get the project within my budget and then stuck to it. I would recommend you check out Millbrook Homes for anyone looking to build a luxury home.
