Mill City was our property manager for the last 3 years. Given we are out of state and *extra* inquisitive, we appreciated the automated nature of the billing and management system; we could check on items at any time, and accessing documents for tax purposes was easy. Most importantly, Mill City quickly found reputable tenants on multiple occasions who took great care of our rental property. Most recently, we worked with them to also sell our property. We have had challenges selling our home in the past, for the last 4 years. Our experience with Mill City was like night and day. The team is very knowledgeable, responsive, articulate and provides realistic guidance that we took to heart. Mill City also went above and beyond in checking the property throughout the sale on multiple occasions and validating various home inspection items in our absence. Net - we listed in Feb and had an offer in less than 48 hours, and officially closed/sold the home today. We are so very grateful, again especially given we are out of state. We would absolutely reach out again if we ever in need of property managers or realtors.

They guys that work with keeping up the property Vermon, Shery and Chris so far their more but thier the one i see the most are quick and does the job like it should ... great job guys hats off to you guys!!!! And yes good company!! Like i said they do a good job keeping their tenenant happy! Please take care of property if you are renting one.

I was dealing with another property management company in Manchester, N.H. who became unresponsive, not returning calls, returning calls late and were hard to contact. I decided to try Mill City Property Mgt. after researching my options. After two years, they have been great. They are very responsive, never hard to contact, resolve problems immediately and very nice in which to deal. I would highly recommend them and it is refreshing to be able to have trust in their company to do the job right.

We were put in what we believed would be a compromising and dreadful situation recently with our rental property in Manchester, NH...our original tenant had decided he wanted to move to a smaller condo and therefore, would not be resigning his lease for our property.
