A friend recommended Mill City Property Management, as I was looking to rent out my condo in Manchester, NH. I was moving out of state and wasn't able to manage the process on my own. Mill City Property took all the work right out of my hands. They made suggestions about getting my condo ready to rent, found a tenant right away, and handled all issues that have come up! Since they took over managing my property, they have handled a couple of tenant changes and a couple of maintenance issues. They are excellent communicators, made sure I understood my options, and helped me make good choices about my property. I really appreciate the peace of mind they give me, as an owner who lives out of state. They are great - and I highly recommend them!
