Thank goodness for Mill City Property Management and Lauren DuPaul!!! We were put in what we believed would be a compromising and dreadful situation recently with our rental property in Manchester, NH...our original tenant had decided he wanted to move to a smaller condo and therefore, would not be resigning his lease for our property. We were crushed hearing this news, as we're currently not in a position to pay double mortgages (who is!?!), but fortunately, with the immediate attention of our realtor, Lauren DuPaul quickly and effectively re-listed our property and instead of having to wait to hear from her by my nagging or having to contact her first, she kept us continuously in the loop about potential rental candidates by initiating communication and following through on her communications and commitment to us and our property. AND, the best news: she already has a new tenant ready to go without any gaps in renters or rent altogether!!!! We couldn't be more relieved, impressed and thankful for Lauren and Mill City Property Mgt. for making this happen and with virtualy very little stress on our behalf. We genuinely appreciate your attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we/and our property felt like a priority. Because of this, we're now in a position to relax and take a deep breath and go about our daily routine without the angst or worry of "what now". Thank you, thank you, thank you.
