Dropped my car off for an alignment and got a call to collect it an hour later. Did I mention that this was during peak time? And the total cost was less than the estimated cost. Yay!

Yes yes I must say I always get through with my business. The office staff and by extension the guys on the ground.

The servicemen are very helpful and professional but on the day I went it took really long for the vehicle to get serviced. The alignment went by quickly but the tyre change took long and I only changed 2 tyres.

Mileage Mack was a great experience. I went to get my Xtrail cambered and aligned and the service man did a great job on the vehicle and explained everything he was doing and educated me about my suspension system and let me know what I needed to change. The Supervisor treated me well and I even got a discount! I am going back there for sure!

I am always satisfied with the service I receive at this tire empire, everyone is friendly and willing to help and even the boss man takes time to come down stairs from his office and speak with the client that are there, making sure they are being attended too.
It also looks like a very good place to work as the staff never leave. I haven't been there for some time, but upon my return (about 4 years), almost all the faces are firmiliar ones...this is very impressive. Very well done Mileage Mack.

Long wait times. I have waited as much as 6 hours just to get my tyres balanced and aligned, I do this every 6 mths to ensure my vehicle is in optimal condition. More importantly, everytime I get this done, I leave with my tyres worse off than when I came in, and I have to go back 3 additional times to get it fixed. Each time I never tell the tech working on it that I'm returning day after day to get it rectified and they are always suprosed by how off they are, each time they try to fix it they misalign it badly in the opposite direction. I have also had to have valves replaced on tyres purchased from here twice on each tyre. This happens at both the south and north branches. I highly do no recommend here.

My tire was soft so I got to went straight there. Received EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Had a relatively large sharp object in my rear tire, they removed it, repaired the tire and I was back on the road within half hour! Will certainly return.
