Long wait times. I have waited as much as 6 hours just to get my tyres balanced and aligned, I do this every 6 mths to ensure my vehicle is in optimal condition. More importantly, everytime I get this done, I leave with my tyres worse off than when I came in, and I have to go back 3 additional times to get it fixed. Each time I never tell the tech working on it that I'm returning day after day to get it rectified and they are always suprosed by how off they are, each time they try to fix it they misalign it badly in the opposite direction. I have also had to have valves replaced on tyres purchased from here twice on each tyre. This happens at both the south and north branches. I highly do no recommend here.
