Good location of the College. Clases are held regularly & staff are of good standard.

MIET is the best campus in overall , its placement is very good also for all last previous years students of this college .

You will achieve excellency if you studied harder.. Gaurds behavior is Very rude.. We know that they do their duty but that doesn't mean they doing misbehaviour with girls..please anyone do something for this..

It's a nice place for u as a student. It is my last day today in college and I'm going to really miss it specifically hostel

Don't waste your time and money by coming here ,opt for some other courier than engineering rather than coming here (except u r really into science ,and lack resources ,money prob) . \\ resident of meerut

This college has good infrastructure and resources but teaching could be better if teachers could guide the student better for their careers as college time could be confusing for students. They don't know which field to choose after college. Guidance counselor should be there to help the students with these sort of things.

Having 30+ Engineering colleges in Meerut, this is the one which saves the prestige of Town in Engineering Education. Far Far Ahead than any other college of Meerut & tough competitor to JSS,Galgotia type Hi-Fi & Costly Colleges.

Very Good Placement & Result, but the infrastructure is oldish type but that doesn't matter

Nice and best in uttar pradesh for engineering.. It provides you best quality of education and rest of things depends on you, how much do you grasp from the teachers...

And finally teachers are much supporting as compared to management..

Good teacher's leave from college and maximum employees from east u.p so in language coordination you face problem , library just ok not good lack of book and also placement is not good all department some of department have zero placement . You see fake posters of placement in administration block , student place only call center in it company's not in IT development.worst you money

Used to be one of the best colleges in UP. But not anymore. Sadly, the student intake has been increased manifold resulting in almost everyone having been able to secure a seat, whether a good student or bad. Also, many good teachers have left the college and the new teachers are average too. And the 100% placement is all a sham !

This institute is only good for sake of degree,else its not place for engineering.
Please prepare hard and go for good colleges in the country and MIET is not one of them.

Library
The institute hosts one of the most renowned libraries .You can find any book ranging from science journals to novels as refresher.Any student or faculty can avail the library books and at any moment of time. The library also provide a hot spot for exam time study, you can find students doing late night studies or brain storming on a problem.

Computer Center
The computer center has 1900 computers in 15 labs, all having internet through a 10 Mbit/s leased line.

Hostels
The institute has on-campus hostel facility for boys and girls. The boys hostel has a capacity of around 850 while the girls hostel can accommodate 250 students.

M.I.E.T. is a best engineering college in meerut.
Management is superior but the placement is not agreedable.
Teachers are talented and skilful.

Nice college with decent placement opportunities and good infrastructure. Faculties are supportive and college also provides opportunities to improve in demand skills like aws, salesforce etc.

Campus

Though you would think or assume it would be beautiful or fancy as shown in movies or other deemed universities(they are focused more on infrastructure rather than academics)there is no uniform, Students wear casual dress that's why all mietans thinks they are cool because in meerut city there is no other college which permits casual dress( but I am not one them who think about coolness)Boys are free to leave anytime but girls are strictly in the college till college time is over

Canteen is open till midnight my hostel friends told me about this i did not know bcz I was day scholar.it provide everything like pastry,samosa pratha,tea etc

Academics

as I am writing this amswer by my experience so I am telling you that more focus on under graduate students.big mncs invite for recruitment.inmain focus on theory rather than practical.but mainly depends on the hod that how he/ she run their department.and at last it depend on the students how much they are sincere about their studies overall Miet is good college.good luck for future endeavours.

NCR has many companies but meerut doesn t have any. My friends who did their B.Tech from NCR had a lot of exposure than I did. Many good coaching institute are also in NCR.

If you pursue Btech from NCR:rut Institute of Engineering & Technology is a good college of MIET group, situated on NH58 Meerut.

Note: Please don't confuse it with Meerut Institute of Technology, which is another college of MIET group in Meerut.

Campus:

College was founded in 1997 so some building are older, while some are newly constructed.
Older blocks are renovated time to time and now most of the blocks has elevators.
All blocks has all basic facilities of toilet, fresh drinking water on each floor.
Class rooms are Non-AC but has proper ligts, fans and windows for fresh air.
Campus is secure as most of the part is coverd by CCTV (except clasees).
Campus is quite large with enough lawns and decorated with plants and flawers.
An Amul parlour and a medium size canteen is there for all basic refreshments.
Classroom are good with capacity of 60 students and uses greenboard istead of whiteboard.
Labs are best part of the college, machines,computers are in proper working condition with proper maintenance.
Other departmental hitech labs like FESTO, BOSCH, IBM etc are also awesome with advance machines and tools.
College Campus is quite goot but not luxurious and it can't compete with other competitors in terms of campus.
Academics:

College is quite good in term of axademics and compete the competitors.
Each year students hold merits in university.
Yes, it is true that most of the faculties are young in the age group of 25 to 35, and has less experience and sometimes student faces problem.
College also focuses on skills, and run free of cost programs to enhance student's corporate skills.
Placement is good for CS branch and below average for other branches.
MNCs like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Samsung etc visits campus for recruitment.
In 2019 TCS recruited 125 students, wipro recruited 89 studemts. I am a CSE final year student and already placed in both TCS, Wipro.
Things to be Noticed:

It is only college in Meerut which falls under Top 10 list of private colleges of AKTU, all other colleges are in Ghaziabad or in Noida.
Parking is not free and cost 10 each day for a two wheeler.
Most of the extra curricular activities only benefits hostelers as they are arranged on weekends and day-scholer miss this part of college life.
First aid facility is not available, there is no dispensary in campus.
You may miss the diversity here, as most of the students are from local place meerut.
Good students always get jobs, no matter what college you are in.

Discipline security and dedication towards students are main features. Thanks to our first year dean SANTOSH KUMAR DAS SIR he is a very good and genuine man who works with dedication because of his efforts our results are improving.

I am sharing my experience after doing B.Tech 2016-2020. From Computer Science branch in Reality: in 1st year teachers are knowledgeable and helpful but as you enter in 2nd , 3rd and 4th year you will realise you have made a very big mistake in taking this 3rd class institution 50-60% teachers have No KNOWLEDGE, when you will be in Lab which are very important they will say we don't know how to do the task, there teaching methodology is 3rd class and
they are given the responsibility to teach. Education system of MIET is so poor especially IT Branch I don't recommend any student to take admission they charge huge amount of fees.
And their facilities, faculties doesn't deserve to be of thousand rupees fees.
MUCH BETTER COLLEGES ARE THERE in our country Don't Spend your HARD-EARNED MONEY in this cheap COLLEGE.
When come to take fees in corona time they will gave you no compensation and will charge lot of fine.

* 3rd class toilets, classrooms except labs CHARGING very high amount and you will not get any air conditioning classrooms, in summer you will feel not to attend any class as teachers are not worthy and due to high temperature as well so make your decision wisely.
MEERUT ke 12th paas students ye sochte hai paas mai hi toh hai college toh vo admission lelete hai fir pachtate hai.
MIET ka vo standard nahi raha jo pehle tha.
Mechanical, civil , chemical, biotech have zero placement vo bevakoof banate in terms of ki placement hai.

Miet, meerut has always been a milestone in producing some of the great talents out into the corporate as well as in many aspiring fields for students, it's one of the best colleges in uptu, giving exposure to students to choose there path in life and follow their dreams. Year after year it has proved to be a great hub for education for students. Nice infrastructure with bunch of coolest faculties, it also facilitates incubation cell of one of it's kind , for budding entrepreneur's who are looking forward to bring a revolution in coming time. It is the best college in Meerut. Best in terms of education and infrastructure. Faculties are highly educated in it and have a very friendly nature. It is best for overall development of a student as teachers focuses on studies as well as extra curricular activities.

Pathetic college! 30 companies came for placement and all of them were BPO s and Call centres! It is was my exam center and they did not let students park their cars inside the college premises! Atleast 25-30 car wondows were broken and phones were stolen when the students were appearing for exam! The college took no liability and the same happened mang times! This is the worst college I have ever seen!

Being an alumnus of the institute, I take pride to review my own college. It is one of the best private college in U.P., with great infrastructure, exposure, placements and academics. MIET will help a lot in shaping the future.
