Was parked on the 4th floor of the parking garage for 3 hrs. Someone stole my tailgate. There are ZERO cameras beyond the entrance and exit, and nobody patrolling the area. Basically no effort at security whatsoever. When called, the security company sent a rep to make a report on the back of another document. I asked what they do with these sort of reports. He said, Nothing. It s just to keep on file. Clearly nobody takes security seriously out here. I wouldn t dare come out here again in my own vehicle. They might as well invite criminals to target the area. I d give a negative score if the system allowed it.

100 Park Apartments (a Midway property) has been the bane of my existence for the past 2.5 years. I would never recommend that anyone live here. Midway doesn't care about their residents. If they did, they would do something to lessen our suffering over these past two years since construction started. Sorry, but 10% off my purchase at the local Chicken and Waffles restaurant isn t enough! Sorry Midway, but you re greedy and it shows. Here are some concrete examples of my terrible experience: -I was asked to change units after 6 months of living in my apartment because my window was leaking every time it rained due to the shotty construction of this place. I had to negotiate just getting my mover cost covered and some rent knocked off due to the major inconvenience (to move my entire apartment!). -There are cracks in every seam of my walls. Speaking of walls, they are so thin, I could hear my neighbor s cat purr. Between that and the construction that starts at 7:30 AM most mornings (sometimes including Saturday) you ll have to sleep with ear plugs in! -There is no security here (though they advertise like there is). People have stolen from my neighbor s storage unit, gates are always broken and often times wide open. Basically, you can get in just about every which way. -The pool has been under construction for a year (thought you d be getting a tan this summer? Think again!). -The entire place is one construction zone and though they have poured money into making it better, it will never be fixed. The entire building was constructed way too fast and there will be many more problems to come. -The office never notifies you when a package arrives. -The callbox rarely works. -To top it off, they ask residents to pay TOP dollar to live in a loud, security-less, construction zone. I am not one to complain often, but Midway is taking advantage of the individuals who live here, and who has time to fight them with lawyer fees? Certainly not many young adults. Countless residents and friends of mine who live in the apartment have talked about starting petitions, getting a lawyer, etc. No one is happy here. If they are, they must not ever come home! I have friends who live in real luxury apartments - with dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off services, Amazon hub lockers, working pools, fire pits, etc. This? This is not a luxury apartment complex. Avoid at ALL cost.
