I needed to have my torsion springs balanced after it malfunctioned during a power outage. I was quoted $80 over the phone by another 5 star company in Omaha however, less than a minute after glancing at it I was told, "We can't work on this system. No one in Omaha will." Well, Midtown Doors & Services will!

Jose arrived right on time and after entering the garage, wore the same expression as the last technician when assessing the situation. I asked, "What do you think?"

All he said was, "let me grab my tools."

Jose finished in less than 30 minutes! Not only did he get the garage working again, he also lubricated all the gears, hinges, and pulleys! Top notch service from a A+++ company. Tell your friends! Thanks Jose.

Dan and Doug were super professional. It took maybe an hour to replace 2 springs and to adjust my 2nd garage door. They even noticed that I didn't have a safety wire in my springs, so they added that. It's those small details that win customers.

Made the call to have my torsion spring replaced and they had my door fixed, and working better than previously in less than 24hrs from my initial call. Priced fairly and a pleasure to do business with. Torsion springs can be wear items, I will definitely call on Midtown again.

I called probably 10 different garage door companies as we were finally ready for a new one. Most companies were too busy to get back to me. Midtown doors were very prompt and friendly. They quoted me a reasonable price and within a week our new door was installed. They are a 5-star company and I highly recommend.

The entire experience was great! From the sales to the installers - professional, efficient and clean. Other than having the new door and equipment, you'd never know they were here. Fast, excellent and polite service. Defiantly recommended.

We are repeat customers and prior have had no issues. However, when we had our garage doors replaced recently that was not the case. The installer was very nice but left damage when the job was completed. Above the door is a decent sized gouge that Midtown refuses to take accountability for. Their reasoning was that it was already there, and we must have done it. There is still fresh dirt where the mark was made. When we called to see what could be done about this, they said the installer denied that he had done it, and also said he pointed it out to me when we went over the work and I said that it was ok. If they didn t do the damage, why would they supposedly point it out to me in the first place? We are very upset with how we were treated, and that the word of the installer was taken over the word of the customer. Once the rest of the damage is fixed that they caused (chipped paint, cracked frame, and dented panel), we will be going elsewhere for future business.

Called to have a new door and opener quoted and had an excellent experience from the start. Competitive price, excellent communication and excellent install in our old detached midtown garage. Would highly recommend for any garage door services. Dan was excellent to work with.

We had a large commercial door that needed replacement due to driver error, They came right out and removed it so door could be used and replaced within a week! Always kept me informed, I received a text when they were on their way and lived up to their great reputation!!!

They came out as soon as they could(which was a week after I called but this is what happens when you are doing good work at a fair price and you are busy around a holiday). Dan was worth the wait! Got there early. We talked like old friends and he got the spring replaced in about an hour for a good price. Couldn't be happier! Perfect job!!

Bought a new house & detached garage doors were in semi working order. Dan came over looked at doors, gave an estimate, and set up an appointment. He and his co worker were efficient, pleasant, and spent time to show me what all was done. Scope of work done: cleaned up wiring, adjusted tension cables, redid the mounting of track because previous owner DIY'd it poorly, and lubed tracks. Totally positive experience. Definitely recommending this company to everyone. I can't stress enough that they were fast, thorough, and he was such a happy dude. Great customer service.

Dan is so great to work with, and always responds very quickly. He installed a new opener system for my garage, and has serviced the door itself a few times, too. He is friendly and so helpful, and always works to limit the customer s cost as much as possible.
