I am very happy with their service. The freight forwarder did not give me all the paper work to clear my cargo from the warehouse. I had just driven 200 miles to pickup my freight (private) and only had three days to clear the warehouse after which I would be charged storage fees. I was at a loss because I had never done this before. The person at the window immediately contacted the freight forwarder in San Jose, Ca. to fax me the missing paperwork. In fifteen minutes, I was cleared. The fork lift driver worked into his lunch hour loading my pickup. Very nice of him.

Got there ahead of schedule but close to the end of thier hours. I figured id wait till morning and get unloaded.
They gladly got me into a door and i was unloaded in 20 min!

If you show up an hour before they close, they won't load you. At least what they did to me. And that's when my apt was set. Never coming back.

Everyday I see their trucks being operated irresponsibly. Both in Omaha and out on the rural highways. Today I am driving on NE 15 North of Fairbury and was doing 62 in a 60 zone. Their truck tailgated me for miles trying to pass. Once they passed they pulled away from me quite quickly probably going 70 or more. I saw them at the intersection of US 6 and NE 15 where they didn't stop at the stop sign. Truck #2F226 delivering for the furniture mart.

I like delivering the afternoon shift. Chad is friendly and they unload me as soon as they can. Plenty of docks and open space for easy backing

Quick loading. Nice people. Funny receptionist. Took a while for paperwork but all around great experience

Their driver was dropping off furniture for Nebraska Furniture Mart and blocked off several cars in our apartment complex from leaving their spots. When asked to move, the driver laughed and said we would have to wait until they moved EVERYTHING inside. There were several places where they could have parked and had not been blocking in anyone, but decided to park closer and in the way. We had to wait 20 minutes for him to finish while we waited in our car and couldn t leave our parking spot.

Great place to pick up loads. Was loaded in 30 minutes. The staffs working here are professionals & polite to truck drivers. They do have vending machines & clean bathroom for drivers to use. Bravo!!

They damaged our property and refused to pay damages.

The worst place to work for they mess up your pay check and the supervisor and management has poor management skills

DO NOT TAKE LYNAM, CONSTRUCTION IS NEARLY IMPASSABLE.

People are rude, and very slow. Will not do business with these people again.

#186: There is overnight parking for couple of trucks. I checked in at 7:15am along with 4-5 other drivers even though sign says they open from 8am-4:30pm. Lunch break is from 12pm-1pm.

Truck driver decided to speed up cut me off just to make a right 2 blocks ahead. Could have just as easily pulled behind me there was no traffic behind me. How rude today near 126th and Giles at 0845 hours

I'm giving it a 4 star because they were super nice and once they started loading me they were quick but I sat. I was told they open at 7 but when I show up the half of the building I need is 8 instead. Other then that not a bad place.
