We are repeat customers and prior have had no issues. However, when we had our garage doors replaced recently that was not the case. The installer was very nice but left damage when the job was completed. Above the door is a decent sized gouge that Midtown refuses to take accountability for. Their reasoning was that it was already there, and we must have done it. There is still fresh dirt where the mark was made. When we called to see what could be done about this, they said the installer denied that he had done it, and also said he pointed it out to me when we went over the work and I said that it was ok. If they didn t do the damage, why would they supposedly point it out to me in the first place? We are very upset with how we were treated, and that the word of the installer was taken over the word of the customer. Once the rest of the damage is fixed that they caused (chipped paint, cracked frame, and dented panel), we will be going elsewhere for future business.
