I took 15 interior doors for donation to Habitat for Humanity Restore (Midland, TX). I checked in with the office, and the female staffer told me to drive around back and someone would help me unload. I waited 10 minutes in the back and no one came to help, so I unloaded the doors by myself. Just after unloading, the male staffer finally showed up but complained that I put them in the wrong place and he could not move them by himself. So I helped him move them. Soon after moving the last door, another female staffer told me they were not accepting interior hollow core doors. Both staffers turned and walked away with no offer to help me load. Moreover, I got no thank you. I'll never donate any items again to that place.

I went into the store for the first time in several months, I frequently went in in the past. It had gotten so bad I stopped going. I was amazed at the transformation! Wow, it was so clean and organized, you could find things, the old things that were not useful were gone and you could actually see what they had and find what you were looking for. Actually a pleasant place to go now with great finds!

I wrote semi-detailed reviews for people who just want it straight up. So here we go, first impressions are that it has a deceiving amount of selections. In a good way. They have everything. Whole rooms even. 99% of the furniture there is in excellent condition and made me gawk at the quality. The workers are extremely nice. It isn't the most professional looking place but they offer the greatest prices you could possibly imagine. Haverty quality with better than target prices. 11/10
