My kids had such a good visit! The lady that cleaned their were awesome and so interactive with the kids! We will be back in 6 months.

5 STAR! My sons very first trip to the Dentist and he LOVED it! Also, they were very nice and accommodating to my 3 year old son and my new born nephew that had to tag along. I had my teeth cleaned and examined as well and they were just so AWESOME! I'd recommend to EVERYONE!

Update for Charlotte Office. Perfect, just like Potterville. They offer a great service and don t push unneeded ones. I had a dentist in Okemos that had me scheduled for services that we re not needed.

The Potterville Gentle Dental has been superb with my dental needs and gone above and beyond in assisting with financial issues. Great place and highly recommended.

Dr Kerpatrick is so nice and understanding as well as explaining everything that she is doing. She s great at making people feel comfortable when they are scared. I won t see another dentist

I came to them after receiving two root canals on the same tooth from another dental office
I still was having pain .They x ray'ed me and told me i still had nerves that
were never removed they sent me to there surgeon he drilled right through the filling showed me it was gone never had a problem since they filled the holes 5 yrs ago have been going there since.I like that if you have to return for something they take care of it I also have cleanings done there.Thanks Russ

Great dentist The lady who cleaned my teeth was nagging (a little anoying) but they keep pain to a minimum and work with your insurance and schedule.

Worked so well with my child dental care I switched to them also. Friendly staff and explained things well answering my million questions. Top notch.

They have accommodated me quickly with any issue I may have had and are sensitive to my comfort and any pain I might be experiencing. They are very kind. I have been with Gentle Dental for about 6+ years. They are the best dentistry office I have had. They are fast and very good with their patients.

I've been visiting for around 15 years and never had a bad experience and have recommended them to friends.I rarely wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes and often get called back before I can even sit .
I called this morning at 8am with a chipped tooth and was in the chair by noon . I was give 3 choices on how it could be fix and I chose a crown that they then schedule for tomorrow.

The dentist and staff in the back were grate the receptionist need to have some more training in customer service they were rude and short with they answers and when I called to cancel my appointment they were short with me not to happy with them
