I would highly recommend not working with this com...

I would highly recommend not working with this company.
We have a leak in our skylight/rrof and they told our Warranty company not to cover any of the repair work. The contractor asked me personally if we could "hold off on doing the job until later in the year because it's his busy season," which is ridiculous when your roof is leaking. It took them 2 days to even call the Warranty company about our repair, while it has rained heavily the past 2 nights.
