From the beginning, during the initial quote phase, Dave was very responsive and make lots of great suggestions and options of ways to redo the deck, within my budget. He was low pressure, and extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. He answered all my questions, and guided me through the construction process, coming regularly to ensure things were going smoothly. The crew was great! Friendly, professional and hard working. They did a wonderful job on the deck, as well as clean up afterwards. I am thrilled with the end result, which is now meets county code, but more than that, looks great and feels very safe and secure! They went above and beyond in making sure I had a safe way to hang a swing under my new deck, which was so nice of them.
I highly recommend MidAtlantic Contracting, including Dave and Santiago!
