I have been a customer of Microworx since they opened back in the 90's, and have always received excellent service. It doesn't matter if I needed a part or a complete computer or just some advice, I am happy when I leave.
I've brought my PC in multiple times for repairs and upgrades and the staff at Microworx is always very helpful and respectful.
They're incredibly knowledgeable about all computers and as someone who isn't handy with tech repair I feel really good about bringing my stuff over to Microworx when necessary and buying my laptops from them.
This group is amazing!! I've had a lot of different computer issues over the years, including a hard drive crash. They have always solved every problem and can explain what's going on in a language the ordinary person can understand. The prices are great too! I'd never buy another computer from anyone other than them. For about the same price, you can get a computer built to your specifications. So why order one online and have to try to figure it out yourself? Definitely recommend 100%!
Staff was super friendly, called me and told me what was wrong with my computer, and told me the different options I could go for with data recovery and repairs. Would definitely recommend!

It's always nice to buy local and this place has everything you need to build your own pc, also if you need some older ram they have an awesome collection of old ram for cheap.
Overall, I would recommend them. They are knowledgeable and their products priced fairly. Perhaps, you might save a few dollars with Amazon, but I believe in supporting local businesses when possible. In my experience, they provide a reasonable guarantee of their work. I find almost all the staff friendly and patient. They custom made my desktop computer and I have been happy with it. They also will recycle your electronics for no fee.
