Jerks!!! They pulled out in front of traffic, with no emergency lights on so no need for that kind of driving then pulled right behind us with their brights on when the lane they were in was totally open. They then proceed to put their emergency lights on without the siren, it was ridiculous road rage. Abuse of power at its finest....

As a 100% Disabled Veteran I used Lifeline since the Prescott VA does not have an ambulance. I had a possible disc fracture in my back. The info was sent to the Prescott VA for follow-up care. The VA refused to pay for the ambulance bill even though this is routine since the VA doesn't have an ambulance. Medicare billed me and I asked for the VA to pay. The VA refused so I called Lifeline to pay but now they want over $1700.00 and state they cannot re-bill Medicare. Now, I am stuck with this bill I should NEVER had to pay. The government is supposed to pay all my medical bills but do not. Lifeline was not willing to help in any way. If I KNEW I was going to have to pay this ridiculous amount I NEVER would have called them. BEWARE of the hidden costs and a company that doesn't care.

Billing experience is horrible. I'm at the VA like the other person who was here. They sent in the claim to the VA and received receipt that the claim was being reviewed but refuse to contact them again if there is no further communication. After a couple of months they started sending late notices to me, so I contacted the VA to confirm that the processing was complete, then let them know that I had done so. A representative I talked with told me they would reach out to the VA for further communication but never did, and let me know they would contact me within 30 days if they hadn't received any information. 14 days after that contact they sent my account to a collections agency, and I'm scrambling now to ensure I can get the VA to pay off the bill before the issue hits my credit.

We didn't really need an ambulance, but used it as a precaution. The EMTs were very professional. Wish I could say the same about the rest of the company. RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. After the insurance portion, we were still left with a huge bill and there wasn't that much care involved. We couldn't pay it all at once, so they sent us to collections with no warning. They don't send statements after you set up payment arrangements, so you better remember to pay. Truth be told: we can't afford their services. Unless we're dying, we'll never use them again. One other note: they use the sirens WAY TOO MUCH at night. Not enough traffic to warrant that.
