Worst support I've ever had. Unable to call and get help with anything, everything is done via bottoms / self-help that does not work. Tried to get my email account back for a few days now and I can't get any help at all?

Microsoft nir for fucking bad. With Apple, no support is needed, nor is antivirus software, and with your fucking customer service, it's like a big black hole. For example, I recently paid for the renewal of Office 365 and yet on my computer it will be a reminder for a full month to renew the subscription. Then you try to find a site on Microsoft where you can email and ask what the hell is going on - IMPOSSIBLE. I suggest that you buy a course in the field of customer support and try to hire people who can handle customer problems - preferably try to get some from Apple so you might get some order in the cottage. There are recurring advertisements for Office 365 online: "Work smarter, not more with Office 365!" Bad Swedish!

Unfortunately, the sentence is in the absence of another comma, after the word "more". The sentence has therefore been given a different meaning than intended, namely that the message in its current form means a call to avoid Office 365, in order to work smarter instead.

One can really expect better knowledge of the Swedish language from authors of text advertising.

A pure Kaffa experience to contact Microsoft to get an answer as to why they bill me for a free 12 month Azure account. I contact them via contact forms on the web, they promise to return within two days. Now it's been 12 days and no answer. I call their exchange today but just connect on and on, to Eastern Europe and India, no one can help me but I am constantly sent on until I end up in a silent telephone queue and finally the line breaks. Repeatedly. When I point out in the switch in Sweden, they still do not want to help me, but just send me out on the same loop over and over again. surreal

Disaster.

The office is a little unexpected in Akalla / Kista, a bit complicated to get to collectively but the easier by car I assume.

Nice and helpful staff. The premises were very nice, at least those I had access to during the training.

Smart toilets with their own small shelf to put their cellphone on, I wish more people had!

It's quite sick that you do not have an easy way to get an email address regarding private cases. That you can call a phone number that takes at least 3 minutes before reaching an actual queue because you have an auntomater talking on. NI sucks customer service.
