A pure Kaffa experience to contact Microsoft to get an answer as to why they bill me for a free 12 month Azure account. I contact them via contact forms on the web, they promise to return within two days. Now it's been 12 days and no answer. I call their exchange today but just connect on and on, to Eastern Europe and India, no one can help me but I am constantly sent on until I end up in a silent telephone queue and finally the line breaks. Repeatedly. When I point out in the switch in Sweden, they still do not want to help me, but just send me out on the same loop over and over again. surreal
