Microsoft nir for fucking bad. With Apple, no support is needed, nor is antivirus software, and with your fucking customer service, it's like a big black hole. For example, I recently paid for the renewal of Office 365 and yet on my computer it will be a reminder for a full month to renew the subscription. Then you try to find a site on Microsoft where you can email and ask what the hell is going on - IMPOSSIBLE. I suggest that you buy a course in the field of customer support and try to hire people who can handle customer problems - preferably try to get some from Apple so you might get some order in the cottage.
