I send my mouse for the 3rd time to service becaus...

I send my mouse for the 3rd time to service because of the identical failure caused by the first time. The team sends it back to the store with the message 'The malfunction is not found' and of course when I come home again the same problem appears in less than an hour of use. In the meantime, I bought a second 35kn mouse that has no problems, and this one of 600kn does not work as it belongs.
