To all who will interview with this company. Please be prepared to be extensively grilled on your job history and knowledge. My experience was unpleasant during the interview process. Unwelcoming environment, and borderline arrogance from a couple individuals. Thomas Vacca one of the interviewers was relentless/rude in questioning my job history asking who I knew and why I left previous companies. Making me feel as if I was untruthful or as if I was hiding something when in fact I agreed to meet with Micro Stamping after they called me in search for a candidate. During the grilling and when my answers were not to his liking he seemed he put head down. Unfortunately I gave up after the second question and went along. Unfortunately I did not do my research on this company before applying. Frank Semcer the director of human resources was nice but did not have the decency to reply to my post interview email to him thanking him for the opportunity to meet with him.
