I registered with this agency but they never found me any work. After all the hassle of going to their office and taking documents to register. It was all a waste of time. The consultants never get back to you. I phoned several times to speak to the consultant and each time I was told that she would call me back, but I never got any phone call back. They were very misleading, promising to find me work but never even returned my calls. Don't bother with this agency, as you'll only be wasting your time.

Flourish are the best agency I've worked for. They listen to me when I tell them what sort of work I'm looking for and treat me like they actually value me. I know that some agencies are not averse to a bit if 'sharp practice' to drive down costs, but Flourish have never treated me with anything other than respect for my professional skills.

Flourish are fantastic and work hard on my behalf as a teacher. Joanne Street and Laura have been very good in securing me work when I need it and when I have been available.
Joanne is communicative and helpful. She knows me as a teacher, my strengths and weaknesses and my preferences. I like this company and thoroughly recommend them.

Flourish Education are professional supportive and encouraging! They are helpful and welcoming and always happy to help and find work to suit your needs! I returned to work after a long illness and they made it easy! All are friendly and helpful and bend over backwards to adapt to your individual needs! I now have regular schools that quickly book up my 2-3 days a week and also enjoy the occasional new school! The staff at flourish are understanding if there are issues personally, health wise or with a school, and are happy to accommodate! They are the best agency if you have to juggle other responsibilities including child care. I am proud to represent for flourish education and I know that the schools I go to for them also have a good relationship with them!

I just want to say how fantastic Flourish education is. I have used other agencies before but they never seem to talk to each other and you get a different person each time you call. With Flourish I was directed immediately to Laura who found me fantastic job in a school, quickly and efficiently. She was easy to get hold of, and if she wasn't she would call me back as soon as possible. If I had any problems or issues she helped me deal with them. I've been in my new school a week and I love it! Before Flourish I was fed up with having to chase agencies to find me work and being fobbed off about the amount of work realistically available. They are very helpful in finding long time placements. Laura my consultant in particular is very informative and very nice to communicate and work with, always keeping me uptodate with work prospects.

An excellent service from a professional recruitment agency. Teachers arrive promptly and are enthusiastic. The agency ensures that all the correct vetting checks are in place prior to their arrival. I would recommend Flourish Education Dan Sewell and the rest of the team to any schools trying to recruit either day to day or long term supply teachers.

Flourish have been straight forward and professionally supportive helping me with my first experience of teaching agency work. As an experienced qualified teacher unsure of how to navigate the new process of using an agency to find supply work they answered all of my questions and made the process of getting into a school quick and easy. Their terms are very transparent but above all the team is always at the end of a phone line ready to help and support me.

Having looked at several recruitment agencies I decided to register with Flourish Education as I found their approach both professional and supportive. In particular I have had regular contact with Josh Parsons who listened carefully to the type of positions I was looking for and has successfully found placements for me in wonderful schools. During long term contracts the staff make follow up calls to ensure that everything is running smoothly and they can always be contacted if required.

Time wasters. Registered with them back in February and didn't hear anything back for 3 months, even after ringing them several times to be told I would be called back which didn't happen. Made accusations that I had told them I wasn't interested so nothing had been done. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

Flourish education are the best supply agency for teachers that I have used. The staff are efficient, friendly and always on hand to offer support and advice, whether that s during the school day or out of hours. There aren t many companies that you can call out of hours and get the same high level service you receive during the day. Highly recommend

Signed up with Flourish before Xmas hoping to get some work in the new year. Unfortunately the consultant, Julia, seemed rather unorganised, contacting me several times to request documents again which I had already supplied. I was told various different reasons as to why I hadn't been given a single day of work in two weeks, although I have a sneaking suspicion that it is due to the lack of work available at that agency as I have had 7/9 days work from other agencies in the region. I would avoid wasting your time signing up with Flourish.

After struggling to even register with some agencies I was recommended Flourish Education by a friend. I contacted Flourish and they acted very quickly getting me registered and up and running. Within a week or registering I was in work. Since then I have not been out of work and now have a long term role in a school that I love. I would highly recommend Flourish Education to anyone looking to be a Supply Teacher.

Excellent teaching agency covering the West Midlands. The company is well run, and the staff are very friendly. In particular, Lizzy is very friendly and always helpful to me, our communication is excellent and she keeps me up to date with the latest goings-on!

After getting in contact with me and and arranging time and date for me to come in,they then email me saying I haven t got enough experience .I mean they could have told me this before arranging for me to come In.Was not happy at all .Working 2years in a school environment is fair amount of experience .

Rung up Flourish to register as a NNEB qualified Teaching assistant, I was looking at joining due to taking time out to being a full time mother for 7 years, I have 10 years experience and could provide two references but they said I couldn t register as my references were over 5 years old !!! And then ask me if I could do some voluntary work in a school to gain some more experience!!!!! But Other agencies happy to take me on!!!! Felt very discriminated against such a shame

An excellent agency who are extremely thorough! I can highly recommend Glenn Turner in particular (and the rest of the friendly team). He always takes the time to find out what your requirements are.
