Been here so many times just seems like to me its getting worse with prices but family fun fair is awesome a must for a family to visit

Have been attending the June race weekend for the past 15 years. They've made a lot of fan friendly improvements over the past several years including traffic flow before and after the race.

It was awesome!! It was enjoyable and easy parking and exiting. The staff there was very polite and helpful. Great place to take family and watch the race in person. Want too go again.

Love it lots of people good times been going for 20 plus years. Love tailgating meeting people. Just good old time.

Love the Christmas lights at MIS, the grandkids loved it! It's not compacted as it was in Jackson. I think Nite Lites did a great thing moving out to Brooklyn at MIS!!

We have been going to MIS for over 20 years. Would love to see a night race in August. Would differently. Fill the seats not to mention how hot it is make your fans happy give us a night race......

Nice stands. Nothing special in the way of Nascar tracks.

A must see. Go to a race here or a planned event like Faster Horses in the Summer!

Nice place for a family day. We took our nephews to see the races one day and they loved it! They do a good job of keeping the place clean, too.

Well I'd be a five-star if you would have the bathrooms open all night or the showers you know because you can do it for Faster Horses but not for NASCAR's the heck with us

This place is huge, modern, and easy to get around. Sit up high in the stands, and you can see the whole track!

Great place to vacation at if you like Nascar and dry camping. The MIS website highlights everything they offer and at a reasonable rate.

Rusty Wallace Nascar Experience was amazing! The facilities are really nice and everything is clean.

Great experience. Adrenaline rush is out of this world. Your heart feels like it's going to pop out. The staff were very professional and focused on safety and having a good experience. . Loved it will never forget it.

Been here 2 times and have always had a blast. They are very organized in getting cars in and out as well, which is very appreciated after a long day in the hot sun.

I attended the June 12, 2016 race this year. I have went a handful of times over the years.
The first thing I noticed was the road was blocked off to the track (we were on the road out of Brooklyn) and we were directed to pull into a parking lot at that point and (purple) shuttled to the track. I liked it. My suggestion is to have MORE SHUTTLES especially at the END of the race when patrons are LEAVING THE TRACK at approximately the same time! We waited 45 minutes or so (in the Cedar Point type roped lines) compared to before the race when people are arriving at many more varied times and we didn't even wait 5 minutes for a shuttle.
Secondly, there is NO shade. It is usually very, very hot on race days and the only places to get out of the sun is in one of the fan stores or under the stands. Cutting into the asphalt jungle and planting rows of shade trees would be beneficial and give it a more appealing atmosphere.
And, I STRONGLY suggest more seating (chairs/benches) under the stands and on the outside of the gate! I need to sit down more often these days as my health has dictated. Plus, there is hardly anywhere to sit to enjoy any food I may purchase from a vendor/concession, to get out of the sun, to enjoy the atmosphere of a big stadium, or to get a rest from all the walking and walking from place to place. I am not ready to go up in the stands to sit until the drivers are starting to be announced (walking up all those steps is a massive effort!)
On that note, a heads up on the loud speakers for the start of the proceedings BEFORE they happen would be great. Fans out milling around that want to see the pre-race festivities, inside the track, would have a chance to know when they want to head to their seats in the stands. Maybe starting 40 minutes before the pre-race announcements and every 10 minutes.
I also heard many mentions of the dissatisfaction of the fan superstore shopping. The stores for each driver is awesome! People were commenting on how they liked the trailers for each driver better (although you had to stand in line and in the sun.) The stores so small, crowded, and had a lack of sufficient lighting. No one liked having to walk over to the "checkout." They want to just pick up their merchandise, pay, and go on their way.
I hope you consider all these remarks to help improve fan satisfaction.

Sat on straightaway in handicap section. Everyone walking in front of me. Or standing the rail in my way. Staff rarely did anything. We paid good money. Not happy.

Is becoming very old getting misinformed by your salespeople was told in the December when I bought my wrist bands that they would be good for the cool concerts and now I find out cost extra I would not have bought the wristbands although then he told me it was good for a anything the track has to offer including the concerts I really do think you guys are trying to drive people away

This place is huge. Make sure you know where your going.

Every event I have attended here I have had an amazing experience.

GREAT race! The sunday race was delayed because of rain and rescheduled for the next day. With half the race fans, it took 3 times as long to park and get out, several food vendors (soda) were closed, causing longer lines than Sunday when 2x the fans were at the track.
Going to the races is a total experience and they were not prepared.
