Try camping that goes with race a lot of family fun

Had an amazing time for the first time at a NASCAR race especially with my four-year-old. Our seats were incredible especially for the price Center stand FirstRow right by the checkered flag

My father, brother, and myself have been camping the infield of the June and August races at MIS for ten years now. The infield can basically be thought of as two sections. Turns 1 and 2 are where the old-timers, who've been going for years, have migrated and camp. The evenings there are generally peaceful, and things get quiet around 1am to 2am, making it easier to sleep and relax. Turns 3 and 4 is where the hard partiers tend to be. Music is played loudly, and for most of the night. Lots of folks set up drinking games for passersby to participate in. The atmosphere is rowdier and more 'party' like, while still being mostly family friendly due to infield policies. If you're going to be camping in this half of the infield and have trouble sleeping with a lot of noise, I recommend that a week before leaving for the race, you start listening to music before you go to sleep. Quietly the first night, then getting progressively louder until you leave. Be prepared to do the opposite on your return. In 10 years, I have never felt unsafe or unwelcome at the infield.

This would be a great track to have a night race at!

I'm giving the 5 stars to the Nite Lights they have going on for Christmas.

Good weekend. Down side....showers were not open as they said posted time. Speaker in turn 4 was not working. Way too many golf carts. Oh and why is the race later in the day now?

It's a nice place to go and have fun and meet new people and have a great time.

Drove a Ferrari at MIS today and things couldn't have been smoother. Excellent job by Extreme Experience!

We are Canadians we drove from north of Montreal it was our annual road trip we did Pocono track side and MIS turn one resort. It was our fist time to MIS we went to a lot of races to different tracks. We were camping at turn one resort how great is to be on concrete when there is so much water !!! plus Mike and Marsha our concierge where the greatest always ready to help us and make our stay special. just because of them we'll be back. tracks need to have more people like them. The security staff in turn one Resort was also very nice. . two negative points 1* some agressive staff in the garage (hot pass) doesn't know how to talk with people at all we are often in the garage (we are nascar sponsor from to time to time) we did different tracks garage and pits never had any problems but here was different here some staff have powertrips even if we are very respecful you cannot say anything even if they are wrong in there statements. we were trying to argue to let her know she might be wrong wich she was she didn't want to hear us and was treatening us to throw us out.... 2- the joy ride golf cart here was 5 $ per person all the other trasck were based on tips just the week before we were in Pocono and it was on tip base same in Daytona and more tracks yhay felt like a rip off. we are not short of a 5$ but didn't feel right I prefer tipping and we tip good.

Went to Nite Lights MIS. Cost was $25 per vehicle. Five miles of lights to drive through and synchronized Christmas music on the radio. The whole family loved it. About half way you can stop and go inside and see Santa, his reindeer, do crafts, puppet show. Concessions as well. If you are near this Christmas season I would check it out.

How could you not enjoy a race in the heart of the USA car manufacturing

Lots of activities to keep you interested b4 the race. Prices are reasonable for the food they offer.

Expensive food prices. Expensive campground charges.
$ 10 bags of ice. $ 7 beers.

Great place for the family. The kids had a great time.

Staff friendly but really do not know what is going on from my experience. Booked Tram ride around track and no one seemed to know it existed never mind where to find it. Other then that great place to watch the race.

Had a great time, but for the rain. Our campsite 1M9 really needs some drainage, had pooling water on 1/3 of our site all weekend. The shower hours are messed up, need To go back to the old hours 6am - 12am.

Great racetrack! Not a bad seat in the house. Affordable

Great experience. So much to do and well kept. Went to the Monster Series race and had pit passes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Every year they think of new ways to ruin our family experience, starting with opening the parking gates. Then you wonder why attendance is lower year after year.

Always a good time in the Graves Family Campground and at the track.

The restaurants in Brooklyn have excellent food and they take care of us though out the year

Great time just leave before end of the race traffic a headache

I know it is outdoors but there really should be designated smoking areas away from under the grandstands. Couldnt wait out the rain anywhere without being in a cloud of smoke.

I drove 16 laps on this track with the Rusty Wallace Driving Experience back in July. 160 MPH thrill ride that's better than sex. Yes it's that F**king goooooood.

Loved #fasterhorses music festival it was awesome! Traffic flow needs some improvements.

Things were terrible this year people with disabilities. No kind of organization at all

MIS has great pricing and a good infield setup. Very convenient for Chicagoland folks.

Easy to get into. Free parking. The camping is great with multiple locations for family camping and just partying depending on who you are with. Great racing. Lot of good concession options too. Great view of the whole track. Nice wide racing. Races tend to be caution free and kind of boring but that is more of a function on NASCAR.

Great place to see a NASCAR race. Most seats (higher ones), have a view of whole track. There is alot of camping with shuttles to take you to the track. Food vendors are quite varied also. Traffic in and out is also quite adequate. Beautiful area to explore if you have the time.

Such a great track! Workers are friendly and helpful. The acceleration club was a great perk and absolutely worth the extra money. Great place to spend a race weekend!

I ran on the track for cross country states and it was WiLD bUt ALsO really fun!!

I took my Dad here for a Race years ago on Father's day... priceless memories
