My Jeep Compass broke down while traveling through Michigan City, IN. Willie , in the service dept, and John , the mechanic, took great care to help us out. We rented a car and left the Compass in their hands. All took less than 30 minutes. Much appreciate the help and customer service!

After almost a year of emails, voicemails n tag. The dealership made right on its promise to cover the cost of the heater core replacement. I bumped their stars to 3, average.

Regardless of where you buy a vehicle, don't rush the purchase of a vehicle. Make sure things are right before you leave the lot. It would have saved me headaches!

Wanted to follow up with a lot of the bad reviews. I traveled from Indianapolis to find the exact truck I wanted. They delayed me getting the truck as i informed them I had to be gone by X o'clock. The A/C did not work, they told me to get it fixed and I would be reimbursed. I got it in writing form the Sale Manger., year later and I still have not got anything. I'm a soldier and deploy often for my country. I don't have the time to deal with this. I would never go back to this place and they need to figure out how to make it right!

I d been thinking of buying a new truck. I drove by the lot in Michigan City and saw the sweetest RAM 3500 limited, blacked out, brand new. I drove in the lot and was child king it out and Sergio came out to assist. He approached me with a casual yet business like attitude. I bought the truck because I love it. I bought it from Sergio because he was a no bs, straight shooter. Thank you Taylor for hiring guys like Sergio. It was a simple, pleasant experience, and I met a good dude while making my purchase. Absolutely great service here! From the day I called just to get information Mike was very patient with me, he showed me several vehicles and helped to get me a deal that was right for me. Tyler is the only Service Advisor that I deal with. He is the epitome of professional and friendly. I can see him being a Service Manager in the near future. He does a great job setting up service appointments promptly and his communication is second to none.

Dan is a great Service Manager. He always shakes my hand when he sees me and will make sure I am completely satisfied with the work that is preformed. I recently had an issue with some work that didn't meet my expectations. He made sure the work redone to my liking. He does a great job of running his department.

Did not leave with the car last night. Took my son for his first new car shopping experience. I should probably say second. First one however at another local dealership was a terrible experience. So he got the best and worst car buying experiences in one night. Left Michigan City Chrysler Dodge Jeep with a great feeling about this dealership. Johnny and the rest of management were very gracious and on top of their game. Worked with us to make it all work out for him. It was real close, but for his first big purchase timing was not quite right. All this being said, we felt bad for all their time and not getting the sale. One thing for sure is when timing is right, they have our business.

Costumer service was good but deceiving. I was told my vehicle was such a good buy, a great deal they said. My bank informed me that they needed to come down off the price of $8,000.00. Now this is after I traded in my SUV and given a down payment. I have bought several new vehicles and I have never been taken advantage of and to this extent is painful. When I called to negotiate the price I was told from BIG Chrysler that basically I was screwed because they had signed me up for several different banks and they could hold me to them! Lesson learned. It wont happen again! Buyer beware.

Jordan is your guy! We spent hours trying to figure out what I want and what I can afford I kinda threw him through a bunch of hoops but ended up getting me a great deal on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler! So happy he could make it happen!! My dad also isn t the easiest to work with and he liked him!

Josh Hendricks did a marvelous job hooking us up with a 2020 Dodge RAM 1500 with a trade-in of a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited. I m not sure why it takes so long to buy a vehicle (all that paper to sign like buying a house!), but this is not Josh s fault. By the way, we really enjoyed the man who helped us with our final checkout (signing all of those forms), and I m sorry I cannot remember his name. He was intelligent, affable, capable, and experienced. Kudos to the David Taylor staff!
