I bought a new Ram 1500 on Saturday, i delt with a gentleman by the name of Matt, i have to tell you that he was so helpful to me, i can't say enough about he expertise and patience in the purchase experience i had, i definitely would buy another vehicle from him again in the future

We stopped in today to take a peek at a 2014 Dodge Ram and I found it test drove and bought all within about 2 hours Sergio made the transition way fun and way easy I ll definitely plan to be back and do business with him in the future.

Spent 3 1/2 hours to have back brakes done . I had to ask about checking front brakes and tires. Maybe it was a bad day for them.

Couldn't have been happier with their service! After taking my Jeep to many places and not getting the problem fixed, it was a relief to finally have the right answers and the problem solved!!! I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them in the near future.

Update: 12/18/20 went in for a buyback event, Tabatha Romo was my sales agent and she was excellent. She did everything she could to get me a great deal on a new 2020 ram rebel. Super happy took less than 3 hours to get in and out and drive away with a super awesome truck... super happy with the experience and would recommend this dealer and Tabatha Romo to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Had a suspension issue with the 2016 Ram Rebel.
Surprisingly they had all the parts in stock to get it done in less than a day. Staff and service was spot on. I couldn't have been happier.

*UPDATED BELOW* Great experience once again from the dodge dealership! Jordan made the process quick, informative, enjoyable (Hard to believe right!?!?) and ultimately helped us find our new car. Couldn't be happier with the whole process! Stop in and see Jordan, you won't be disappointed! We will definitely be back! ******(After waiting a month for our second key for our vehicle, the tune changed and suddenly there isn't a second key. We were told the key would be in soon, as it was a used vehicle, waiting from the previous owner. Very disappointed in how this is being handled, I know its just a key, but we were told we would recieve one...bought multiple cars from this place and to basically get lied to is a slap in the face..will be slending our hard earned money elsewhere from now on..very, VERY DISAPPOINTED)

First off, the dealership was very clean and welcoming. They have ammentities out the wazoo from free coffee to a childrens rooom for the kiddos. Having been to many dealerships looking for the perfect vehicle, BIG takes the cake. Our salesman was Ben Flohr. He was great. He was helpful and was right on the spot with everything to keep the sale moving. Great beard too. Overall, our experience was fantastic. I will be recommending all of my friends to Ben at BIG dodge.

Good place , our touch screen radio ,GPS had a glitch. They did an update and the radio touch screen crashed. They have us a car to us at no charge and replaced the radio touch screen at no charge to us. Good place to have your car worked on.

I just purchased a 2019 Ram from Big Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Michigan city. I primarily dealt with Bill Fennell and Scott Donaldson. Both did a great job working with me to get the best deal I could. They never pressured me, listened to my needs, and worked with me to get the deal done. I had a great time working out all of the details. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. I had them tint my windows and install a tonneau cover and they did a great job. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Drove more than an hour out of my way for a price I was given online only to find out they wouldn't honor the price. On the way home with the new vehicle it broke down, tried calling the dealership and couldn't get a hold of anybody. ended up taking it to a different dealer near me. wife was able to e-mail general manager to let them know what happened. I have received phone calls on how sorry they are, but have yet tried to do anything to correct the problem. was never offered any options when i purchased the new vehicle. As of now i wont be going back, nor will i recommend them to anyone.

My daughter and I have been to several dealerships and this was the first place that I actually felt comfortable and not pressured. Obviously they want to sell you a car but the fact that they do not work on commission and work as a team makes you feel like they just wanna put you in the best vehicle for you. Josh Hendrix was my salesman and he was really knowledgeable about jeeps and taught me things that I didn t know even though I ve been driving Jeeps for over 20 years. They also did their best to include my teenage daughter in the discussions and valued her opinion. I was very uneasy at the end because money is an issue for us right now but they worked with us and really listened to our concerns and I think I got a great vehicle and warranty. I will definitely refer my friends to Josh.

I've always hated dealing with dealerships but this experience was above & beyond how I thought it was going to go. Sam in the service department was absolutely AMAZING!!! She kept my in the loop with everything regarding the repairs being done on my vehicle, was polite, personable & just overall awesome. When picking up my vehicle the mechanic was great explaining what was wrong & even showing me the parts they replaced.

Pricing dishonesty. Would not honor a price that I was quoted in an e-mail from the dealership and the corresponding price that was online.

We pulled into the lot to take a look at inventory only to be mobbed by salesman and as I tried to leave most of the exits were blocked by a dealer vehicle. As I was turning around for the second time to find a exit, salesman flocked my vehicle as it was moving, there were at least 4 people coming towards us. I have never felt so anxious by pulling into a car lot and will never return there. This sounds like some tale from a horror story, which is accurate, it was horrible.
Don t cage people in and force help upon them.

Extremely unprofessional service. I requested a power steering pump replacement and they repaired various other malfunctions on the car without my consent. When I came to pick it up they only had an estimate for the pump replacement. Not recommended
