I have been going to Dr. Gromis for over 10 years and absolutely love him and his staff. Dr. Gromis and all the staff are absolutely amazing. Small office so they know who you are. They make you feel that you are not just another patient. He takes his time with you and it doesn't take forever to get an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Gromis!!
Doctor Gromis' office and staff is absolutely amazing! Scheduling appointments is easy and everyone is always so kind. At my last doctor's office, I was misdiagnosed several times and not taken seriously (at all). Dr. Gromis takes the time to hear what is patients have to say, and thoughtfully discusses treatment options with you. He's awesome. 10/10.
Not a good experience today. This office highly recommend making an appointment but walk in are ok. I walked in today around 8:15 am and was hoping to get in and out but the door was locked. I called their phone number and spoke with a lady who was not sure of the situation and said the office should be open at 8am but the staff don t pick up calls until 9am. I went to my car and waited until 9am to call the office number again. A staff picked up after several attempts and stated that the office was closed due to an emergency. It would be great if there was a sign posted on the door that the office is closed today. Next time please post a sign on the door for walk in patients. Thank you.
Dr Gromis's office always fits me in when I need it, they don't waste my time. The most I have ever waited was 10 minutes. Dr listenes to me, makes suggestions on things that I might be able to do and if it doesn't work he will gladly pursue other solutions. I like a dr that prefers to find a way to help instead of just giving you pills.
