Not a good experience today. This office highly recommend making an appointment but walk in are ok. I walked in today around 8:15 am and was hoping to get in and out but the door was locked. I called their phone number and spoke with a lady who was not sure of the situation and said the office should be open at 8am but the staff don t pick up calls until 9am. I went to my car and waited until 9am to call the office number again. A staff picked up after several attempts and stated that the office was closed due to an emergency. It would be great if there was a sign posted on the door that the office is closed today. Next time please post a sign on the door for walk in patients. Thank you.
