There were five of us for dinner last night. My sister's salmon dish had the smallest portion of Salmon I had ever seen in a restaurant. The hamburg came with the wrong cheese and the fries were cold. When we complained about the small portion our waitress said that there was nothing she could do. When asked to speak to a manager, the person told us that the portion was measured correctly and the owner was not available. The owner did appear in the restaurant but never came to our table. I could not believe the lack of concern for their customers. I would never return to the restaurant.
The food is very good. The crowd is exceptonally OLD!!! As in, some guy choked out and died in his soup the last time I was there :-/ (seriously). The decor is about 30 years out of date, but it is still pleasant. Great for a casual, solid meal that won't break the bank.
LOVED this restaurant. The food and atmosphere were outstanding. The owner was lovely. We recommend it to everyone we know traveling to PB.
The food was mediocre in taste and my steak came cold. Terrible! I told the waiter my steak was cold and he didn't seem to be bothered! The is service awful. My friend's crab cakes had everything in it but crab!
There are too many places here in the Island to go way better than this joint!
Avoid it at any cost!
