This place is total chaos! Just got back from a supposed game for my daughter s indoor soccer team. Apparently, they double-booked a kids bday party and boys soccer team so their answer was to kick my dayghter s team and the other girls team off their scheduled field so the boys could play! When we asked how they made that decision, they claimed no managers were at the facility to talk to us. Ridiculous!!! Someone made the decision. This is what we paid for??? It s been disorganized since we signed the team up to play this season. Michael & Sons should be embarrassed to have its name on this facility. I d give it zero stars if I could.

The staff here and the facility is amazing. The organization they have for the adult leagues are on-point. I can't wait to return and play more in the future at this facility. Highly recommended!

A good facility for indoor sports. Have used both for inline hockey and indoor soccer with success. Prices are reasonable (given the area) and the snack bar has good junk food and beer. Although not perfectly maintained, maintained much better than other such facilities in the area.

I play indoor soccer here once a week. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the people on my team. The referees are terrible. It's a miracle when you get someone who actually watches the game or gets out of the way when the ball comes their way. Management is unable to post our schedule in a timely matter or let us know when they can't field a team for us to play. Recently, they required a new mandatory ID card for an unreasonable 20 bucks a pop. I am not sure what was wrong with the old ones except they were red instead of white and didn't expire after a year. Just seems like an easy way to nickle and dime people who already pay good money to play here. The fields are in decent shape, the people who play here are fun, but do yourself a favor and consider how terrible management is before spending your money here.

These are a couple of tricksters is what they are .. they rent you the court for 130 plus 5 dollars of membership each time at the entrance and if you want to pay for the open gym they won't even let you tell you that it is closed .. it is very exaggerated what they do take advantage of people. I do not recommend it is
Better to find another place instead of paying 130 for the rent of the small court plus 5 for membership at the entrance for an hour !! NOT WORTH IT

Decent facility with a good number of indoor soccer fields. The fields aren't in the best shape but it's very conveniently located and the prices aren't bad for the adult leagues. The employees aren't trained very well but they're nice enough and usually get the job done. Overall it's a nice place to play indoor soccer as an adult. There are tons of different leagues and skill levels to match any experience.

The staff at Michael & Son Sportsplex work very hard to make your event successful. We have worked with them several times. We host hundreds of events. Jo and Save are a pleasure to work with each time.

Good food bar, with fair prices. The overall problem with this place though is that they haven't made a single repair, upgrade, or renovation. Since they opened. The sports court and both fields are in terrible repair. It costs over $1000 a year to play in any of the rec leagues mostly year round, but they just drain their customers while doing nothing to improve the experience for them. If another similar type place opened up near by this place would close within the year.

I go to a field hockey clinic here, and it doesn't really teach me anything new. I find the sportsplex itself quite depressing on the inside, the turf fields are crappy, and the water fountains taste like turf. Also, one of my friends works here and there was a lot of drama about two months back.

Soccer leagues are poorly reffed and managed. Will not return as the manager of leagues cares more about playing than managing the league. Gotta head butted and punched in the face and there were no cards given. In other game got hit in the face on video and there were no calls. Refs don t give cards for fouls but asking them a question they give a card too you. Unless I talk to management and it gets changed I won t be coming back and a lot of people I know are leaving as well for the same reasons.

The guy at the front desk really needs to tone it down. The place is nice but we had a feedback to provide when we saw the coach struggling alone with 9 kids. They typically have 2 coaches but one couldn't make it which made things chaotic with 3 year old kids. While I can understand this happens and is unplanned, all we wanted to communicate was that they need to work on backups should something like this happen. Rather than being apologetic, the front desk guy was defensive and partly started yelling. I Don't think a guy with this attitude should ever be in a customer facing job!

One of the best soccer facilities and leagues to play in. It's a shame that management makes all the registration difficult. They also cut our league short one season so we paid for 2 more games then we got.

Very large place for indoor soccer. They have three fields. They have a small eatery with beer and viewing area of one of the fields. There are lots of people there and lots of kids running around even late at night. Bathrooms are a bit run down. It is a little more pricey than other similar places but they offer over 30/40 leagues.

Awful beyond words. Called and emailed them for 3 weeks straight regarding a league/roster situation, got the runaround, never returned the calls/emails, hung up on me at one point because they knew they were in the wrong. Never refunded our money. Place is absolutely filthy inside, fields are like playing on concrete, divots all over the place, felt like a morgue. Walter and the rest of the "customer service" team are absolutely pathetic (ignore you, walk away, the worst). This place should be a model for how not to run a business. Rude, lied, terrible facilities, could not have had a worse experience and I've played at places all over the East Coast the past 10+ years. It's a total dump - like a reviewer said before go to the nZone or somewhere else. If I could give them negative 8 stars I would. Yeah, that bad and I don't ever leave reviews.

Used to love this place, employees were great and had excellent customer service. Unfortunately in the recent weeks, they have hired new employees and the old ones left and the new employees are terrible overall. Especially a guy named Walter. If you re planning on coming here during his shift, I d advise you to just leave. He is obnoxiously rude and constantly interrupts the games to complain about meaningless things. This place is going to lose many faithful customers like us if Walter continues to work here.

Today something unheard of happened that teenagers leaving the play area to the hallway. Some teenagers did not put on the mask right away and 2 adults in charge, male and female, yelled at them to put on the masks and proceeded to take them out of the complex and they turned off the lights, without considering that they do not have a ride or vehicle to transport they took them out In the cold and some even dressed outside, I as my father demand a correct application of the rules and a better treatment, the adolescent who does not wear a mask should be taken out for not obeying the rules but it is not fair that they take everyone out of the sports complex and expose them to cold and wait for their ride until 3pm this happened at 1:30 pm
(They have to take it out or call the parents of the adolescent who does not follow the rules and that way the parents will know which of their children is breaking the rules, remember that they deal with teenagers they are not adults)
and we also demand a fair and equitable treatment of all teenagers, not shouting or discrimination, if you work with teenagers then be courteous, fair and professional, too put up signs that require putting on the mask after leaving the sports area, parents will also work on that!

Nice facility to play just about any sport. Place is dirty and cluttered however. Great place to watch as spectator. Got views above or at floor level, and the concession sells beer and food.
