I will never ever comeback again to this place! Me and my friends signed in for a league and we showed up for the first game, which was supposed to be at 7:00 but the mixed up the schedule and had another teams playing in the same field and time we were supposed to played and they just told us sorry you can't play today! Made us waste time and it was a terrible attention

If you're pregnant and have an aversion to smells, don't go. When you walk in, it smells like a locker room after a sports game. That being said, it's a huge sportsplex that keeps the game going all winter. It's a huge complex, so you can go upstairs and watch various sporting events from higher up. My sister said that's also the less smellier area. I came here to skate for a derby trial and it was so much fun. I'd give it 5 stars of there was a way for it to smell better.

Very unprofessional set up and referees for soccer. Referees show up late. Never call fouls, listen to music while they ref, start the time and just watch without telling any team the game started and are just in general terrible

A little shabby but I've made some of my best memories here. The water fountains have been busted for years which is weird considering it's owned by a company that does plumbing. The staff is super friendly and the food is not bad.

Went here for a basketball tournament for my son's AAU team. First time here and the Facility was a nice size with multiple courts/areas for other sports. Everything was ok except for the snow storm that arrived and caused a number of teams to drop out. However, the person that was overlooking the event did a nice job at explaining everything/issues to us parents that were still there, especially the ones who traveled 2-3 hours. If it weren't for the weather it would've been a better experience.

I've come here for about 10 years, and it has always been fun and simply a nice time. But the new staff (WALTER) is simply the epitome of the worse of costumer service. He's very RUDE, not POLITE, and simply not the type of person to work here. He makes me not want to come anymore. Also, his attitude seems as if he does not want to work there. He shows a lazy attitude and just no pleasant. It would be well appreciated if I didn't see him anymore.

Front desk person was awful when we entered for our son's party. Wanted nothing to do with us and extremely rude. I hope they fire her. Everyone else was amazing and the front desk person that was there when we check out was completely opposite of the first.
We will not be using them ever again because we do not want to deal with the headache that it took to get the party scheduled. That person also messed up and should look for a new job. They really need to reevaluate some of their staff before they start loosing more business.

We have 2 children and both have done soccer and basketball. Good coaching. Clean facilities. Limited water fountains but they do sell food drinks and beer. We have even attended kids birthday parties upstairs. Nice place to get the kids some exercise especially in the winter or when it's raining.

If you plan on having an event here don't. My brother-in-law reserved a spot for one of the basketball courts and to have a kids area set up with games and activities. The day of the event comes and we find out that no one set up anything for the kid activities. In that case we decided to not do the kid activities yet my brother-in-law was still charged for it...on top of that there was an extra charge for bringing in food when he clearly got an okay from one of the workers there. The workers and manager didn't even seem to care. What a great way to treat your customers. This was a horrible and disappointing experience. We will never come back here again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

It's a Sportsplex. I don't expect glamor. They do however, need to put a lot more lighting in the parking lot. It gets REALLY dark at night and I find myself looking over my shoulder, and locking the car door as soon as I get in. And they should repair all the pavement from the main street up to and in the parking lot, it's a bumpy drive in.

This is the 2nd time I ve been at a kids sporting event or instructional class where another adult has acted very much out of order with foul language and threats and cops have been called. This place needs to do a way better job of managing what s going on at their facility or get a security guard. Period.

Convenient location for practice. Bolis good options also available on site. Clean bathrooms at least whenever I've visited. Small viewing area. More space on second floor to view as well. Lots of birthday parties held here on weekends.

Great sports complex! It would be nice to have one in my hometown. Numerous activities for your kids to do. The basketball courts were in good shape. We had a great time. The staff is excellent enforcing there covid-19 procedures. They all did a great job this weekend. Hats off to the staff.

I just wanted to thank Dulles Sportsplex and it s staff. I have a special needs son and they really accommodated him this week. He has behavioral challenges and it can be tricky for people to know how to interact with him. The main purpose of camp was to do something that would help him feel good and gain confidence in himself.

He still had his behavioral episodes at times during camp. But that is normal. They handled them well and communicated effectively each day with us.

By the end of camp my son gained friends, had fun and gained confidence in himself. The staff was positive and great with my son. We will definitely be going to more camps here.

There's a $2 charge spectator or purchase membership at $90 or less for unlimited daily usage for like 3 months or so. I know the current situation and glad they're open but other sports facility have no such cost and the staff does enforce the $2 charge regardless of age. I've personally had to pay for 7 and 9 year old even though we paid the team fees for them to participate in a league but the very next week they didn't charge. No apologies or team refund was discussed or given to coaching staff. Highway robbery

It's neat, doesn't offer ice hockey. So the soccer field is short. They have basketball field hockey and soccer. Leagues which are more expensive than I have thought was standard. Dirty though and some of the folks there may be contaminated.
