The Rainmaker buffet was horrible. So not worth the $$

I always have a great time here. From playing bingo to gambling on the floor and going out to the concerts and meeting new people is always a great time at Foxwoods.

The fox. Tower is great but food at juniors way over priced and the server we had sucked

I loved my time at the Foxwoods Tower. The room was quite nice, service prompt and friendly, and the lobby and everything is gorgeous. The drinks weren't weak at the bars, either. All around great experience.

Love the bathrooms here so gorgeous & great little ammenities.

Super friendly dealers. Place was spotless. Maybe a place with quieter music? It was a Thursday night, so it was expected to be loud

For a Casino its huge nice,but I'm a non smoker and everywhere you went smoke and marijuana smell was fresh in the air I went on New Years Eve to celebrate the New Year in I think I would have been better staying home.

Low minimum Spanish 21 tables. Always something going on at the theatre, centrale or shrine.

Good location only 5 min out so walk to the main casino floor. Only bummer was the bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable in the suite.

The location was convenient to all activities, room was clean, all staff was very helpful and informative.

Awesome view of the forest, get a room overlooking the pool and a top floor is even better. Nice casino and top end shopping and food.

Truly something for everyone! Gambling, arcade games, movies, concerts, golf, food, rooms.....the list goes on and on! I won a few hundred on some free play! This place is huge. Know where you're going and plan for a walk!

The service was absolutely fantastic the Room however didn't get cold in the water doesn't go down the drain well but they have a phenomenal team

For the most part staff was friendly. The room was clean and very nice as always. The showers in the Fox Tower rooms are always my favorite!

The fox tower is adequate, with decent entertainment and dining options. I prefer other local establishments generally, but I do go where the shows are.

I purchased my room through Groupon for my wife's birthday so we could do the Zipline(do the Zipline).
Pros:
The hotel staff was very nice and informative. I like that when we checked in early they were able to just text us when the room was ready and we could grab the keys from a different desk that did not have a line now that it was true check in time.
The room was really nice and had a good view of the surrounding forests. The fact that is actually has a true refrigerator and not a mini bar is excellent. The bed is huge and had plenty of pillows. The shower was the highlight of the room though. Nice glass walk-in shower with a great big shower head with excellent water pressure.
Cons:
The true price would be way to much to spend for this room. The sheets were junk. They were itchy and abrasive, far from luxurious. The tv had horrible picture and was to small. It is like a 30 inch TV with sd reception. Not saying I came here to watch TV but most people have better TV's in their bathrooms now adays.
When I am in a $500 a night room I expect the best and sadly the sheets and the tv we're very sub par.
I would go back but only with a Groupon or similar deal.

It was a great day we came to the casino, want a bunch of money, lost a bunch of money, grab some food from Fuddruckers and then went back to our hotel

Enjoyed the restaurants and nightclubs. Lots of slots to choose from and the dealers were very nice.

Rooms were a good size and kept clean. They had some nice views.

Room was great and very beautiful. The entire place was extremely clean! The beds were fluffy and super comfy! Room service was open late and arrived quickly! All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Used to be the happening casino. Quiet and losing life! Needs more theatre, live bands. Perhaps try stand up poetry or TED TALKS

Service was great. Didnt have to wait very long for anything. Game room was kind of sparse for table games. But i had fun playing slot and video roulette.

Handicap parking is available on each floor in the hotel garage. Spacious walkways to include to connecting shopping areas. Everything was clean and updated. I gave 4 stars because the everywhere I went the air conditioner was at too cold! Also, Foxwood didn't have microwaves in the rooms.

They should ban smoking in the casino nice clean room

We had a blast at the casino, specifically at Top Golf. The hotel was very convenient, and being a weeknight the price point was good. Room was good sized but outdated, if we paid weekend prices I would not have been as happy with it.

Wish they had better shows to choose from and very rarely gamblers win at the slot machines.

Good fun close to Tanger Outlet and many dining choices.

Environment was way too hot. Staff need to make high energy concerts more comfortable for ticket holders/guest/the reason you have a job. Customers matter!

Room was spacious and clean. Tower was easy to get to and navigate. Tables and machines weren't crowded. Had $1 blackjack and a lot of new machines

Where to begin? I suppose the deceptive billing practice of Foxwood Tower is the logical place to start. Rooms were booked for me through a group. When I arrived at check in I informed the attendant that I would only be staying for 1 night, not 2. He informed me that I wouldn't be billed for the 2nd night. Well, I was shocked to learn I was not only billed, but over billed by the hotel. When I called to inquire about the charges, I could not actually speak with anyone in the billing department. I had to leave a message. They returned my call with a message saying they would do nothing about the charges. Left another message, asking to discuss further. Was completely ignored. Felt very cheated and disrespected by the billing department. The other issue I had with the hotel was overhearing racist statements made by the staff. Very offensive. I will never return to Foxwoods Hotels or Casino.

Foxwoods is a nice place to visit if you are looking to escape from the city. However, it's kind of pricey. Just be prepared.

Great place but I wish the food and drink didn't cost so much for the money you put into the place.
