MGM Grand at Foxwoods Reviews

This has to be the most depressing place!elevator smells like vomit, parking garage like defecation and the inside is a sea of people who look like they are on their last nickel. When you go to Vegas you see glamour, at Foxwoods you see blight.

We stayed at the Cedar hotel in a King suite. It was very dated. Not very clean. I'm glad we brought our own wipes. This hotel is very run down with scrapes and cracks. The Room did not look like it had been vacuumed. There were questionable stains on the couch, I refused to sit on it. We could have complained but after waiting an hour an hour and a half for our room to begin with, we did not want to go through that again. I do not recommend this hotel at all. For what they charge for a room I expected better.

Love this place always something happening! The staff is great very accommodating and willing to help rooms are clean and very nice and the casinos are well kept.

We stayed at two trees inn. Free shuttle 24/7 to the casino. Bathroom could use a bit of updating. Hotel was a bit priceynot you're paying for the convenience of being closeto the casino. Foxwoods tower is huge. There's 2 casinos inside and tons of different stores to shop in

Carpet everywhere makes it difficult to get around in a wheelchair. Also, no one around to ask anything.

All are great. Suppose to have 5 stars, just that the room fridge is empty. A bit disappointed. The room is really clean.

I went out a wrong door and I was stuck outside the doors in the cold on cement and every door was locked. I could not get back in and not one employee let me in. They just sat there as I bang on the doors like they were braindead. Even a security guard would not come. Finally a patron tried several doors and one finally opened to let me in. I was beyond angry and told the security guard that they better not let that happen to me again!

Clean rooms, non-smoking quiet, nice views from high floor. Of course you must go near smelly smoky casino floor to get there no matter what. It's like a little luxury path circling the pit of despair to get to the lobby from parking. Strange, but of course, the casino wants your money. At least you don't have to straight through it.

I was at the 11th floor When I was there there was no microwave. And no room service to call.

This place is really nice, clean and the beds are comfortable, only thing I found lacking was a microwave in the room. They give you a coffee pot and a fridge so I thought that was odd. Otherwise, it's very nice and the people in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

The layout of the whole place was not what I expected. Fun experience overall. Very big

Great hotel, great staff, lots to do within the area, try ziplining from the top of this tower. Clean rooms and spacious.

it really is a great place. if i had to choose, i would go with grand pequot though. beats this place by a slight margain

The casinos are is nice and I really enjoyed the G-spa, but the Fox tower seem like it was empty, almost felt abandoned when I walked through the halls to get to G-spa.

Stayed one night.. had a great night! Everything clean in the room.

The place is well kept. However, the security seems to be way too uptight and over protective of the casino area and resort. My experience is not worth coming back.

Naw, take a pass..they just cant keep up..sorry Foxwoods. Moheagan has far superior service, food, people..more class.

Always love going to foxwoods. The rooms are always to my satisfaction and the George lopez comedy show was great.

We went to watch a comedy show at the casino and as always the casino is clean and full of things to do. Plenty of restaurants and some options of things to do afterwards other than gambling. Only negative of the evening was when we were ushered to our seats then the same person who brought us told us kinda rudely that we were in the wrong seats in front of other people before taking us to our correct seats.

Place was nice. Some of the workers need training on social skills. Employees need to give be knowledgeable so they can customers the correct information.

This is no longer MGM at foxwoods, it's called Fox tower.

Great hotel. Rooms very clean. Many options even for people that don't gamble.

I went to the Ruff Ryder's Reunion concert. The concert was great and so was the venue

Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and the room my family stayed in was very nice. The issues I had were if you decide to purchase a portable bed, they are VERY uncomfortable. The pillows are also horrible. Also, to get good food you do have to walk a long distance since there isn t much in Foxwoods Tower, but you can walk to the other hotels to get good food. Other then that, the hotel was amazing and my parents had fun at the casino. I definetly recommend!

The Fox Tower Theater at Foxwoods Casino is a great venue for concerts. It isn't overly large and and no seat is a bad seat. They offer many and varied first class acts.

Don't park there if you want to go to The Rainmaker Casino part, it is 8 minute walk

A bit pricey for such a small room but didn't spend that much time in the room to begin with.

Maybe if I got compt for all the money I lose it would be better

Went to see Gabriel Iglesias at the grand theater. Parking was okay, but the cleanliness and atmosphere inside was spectacular.

Beautiful room and nice hotel, right by Shrine and all the shops!

What can I say it's a beautiful hotel the rooms are comfortable I enjoyed my stay there.
