It's ok but next time a no smoking room , I smoke but when I got there the smell wasn't good at all , but too bad there wasn't a way to open the windows to air it out I know people it's for safety so no one jumps out or falls out but still there should be a way where we can at least ventilate the room

Well there was a shooting the day I went, that's a bad start. Next we were forced to park at a garage about a mile away from our hotel. Once we made the trek to the desk it was a long wait as usual. The clerk that helped us was fantastic though. Overall I'll stick to Mohegan.
I don't know if somebody had recently smoked in our room or if it always has such a strong odor, but it was very unpleasant.
The room also needed some TLC. The furniture was threadbare, the desk and chair we're all scratched, there were stains on the curtains, and one of the towels had a stain on it. The stain on the towel looked like it should have come out if the towel had been washed.
We stayed on a Saturday night and didn't get much sleep due to noise from the hallway (we were near the elevator). It's not unexpected at a casino hotel on a weekend, but it was still unpleasant.
On a positive note, the bathroom was nicely updated and had great water pressure.
Overall, I would have been disappointed with a hotel in this condition at a quarter of the price we paid. At full price, it was unacceptable.
I didn't get a chance to visit the other towers but this one was really nice. It has dining places inside, a theater and club. Plus tons of gambling slot machines & tables. The restaurant food was okay. I give this whole part of just this tower a A. The only down part for me is just one food place was open but I guess it's how they run their shifts. It just would have been nice to check out all the stores.
Spent the night at Fox tower, great clean room and great service from the check in to the room service. Spent the next day enjoying the restaurants / bars and Tanger outlets that are easily accessible from Fox tower. Overall great experience!
Beautiful rooms overlooking the rolling hills of southeastern Connecticut. An attentive staff, great dining, casino gambling, and a busy nightlife round out the experience.
No bad seats. I went to see a show anther seat for the show were great. Parking on the other hand very congested. I was driving around for 20 minutes looking for parking I ended the night with dinner at juniors resteraunts. The food fantastic,. The matza ball soup was like a big hug. All in all great night.
It would be a zero star if the option was available. Casino has gone downhill. They have rigged all the machines to a payout percentage that makes it not even worth going. No excitement on the game floors at all. Everyone is miserable every time I go for the last few months. I am officially done with Foxwoods
For a hotel at a casino, I would expect more. No microwaves in rooms, services was slow or not received. Rooms were missing curtains and control fir the television. Reserved a smoking room, but none were available and overpriced. I can stay a a hotel close to foxwoods and receive more amenities.
We go to Fox Tower every couple of months for two nights. It s much smaller than The Grand Pequot and much easier to get around. Rooms are clean, roomy and inviting. Staff is gracious and helpful. My reservation for Jan is already made!
Needs to hire more people. Badly in need to hire me to train on customer service. Entire Foxwoods has lowered their standards...use to be my favorite place to go to for dining, fun & shopping.
Floor 15 Room 112 was amazing! Such a great room. No bath tub but it had a great stand up shower with a seat in it (the water doesn't reach it tho). The TV didn't have extended cable channels (no USA, Bravo, HLN) but wasn't there for the TV. The bed was nice, kinda high up which was fun. The convention I was there for (Whaley Computer Associates annual technology conference) was AMAZING.
Love staying here. Today was the first time I've had a bad experience with the front desk. Its was not good but did not let it ruin my stay. Still having a great time!!
Great casinos! A lot of places to eat! Only thing is only one casino is non smoking..the others are not. Tanger outlets is also here. Great shopping too.
Have been to several concerts there. (Adam Lambert, Fifth Harmony.) The set up is nice, food is expensive-which is sort of to be expected anymore for something like this. The "line" (better described as writhing mass of desperate bodies) waiting to purchase your merchandise is always ...not really a line, and interminable. I think if you were disabled it would be very difficult to manage. I have some anxiety when pressed amongst masses of people and it's very wearing. The sound system is good, but expect it to be loud. You might want to bring earplugs to tamp down the sound for comfort. The stage has two large displays next to it so you can see more clearly if you're not close. Which is nice. All in all as very nice concert venue. I much prefer it to the bigger venue at Mohegan Sun.
Room very small and service nit was it use to be. Maid service that is. So far away from everything. Long walk to stores and dinning. Ok if show is there but if not it is a horror. I personally prefer the other hotels especially if you are a senior.
The hotel was immaculate and luxurious, we were attending a concert at the Grand theater and loved that everything was connected indoors. Great amenities. Our check in clerk wasn't too friendly or helpful but other than that our stay was great!
The check in process is terrible. We have to be here and wait 15 minutes to check in only to find out the room is not ready. Then you have to wait in line AGAIN... really frustrating
