The customer service is under all pig. You never have anyone on the phone who is responsible and those who should be responsible are of course never in the house at the time of the call. Emails are only replied to when you feel like it. As a customer, you sit at home and have ZERO PLAN about what's going on.
I feel EXTREMELY ripped off. Despite bankruptcy, warranty cases have to be processed further. And if it takes longer due to cuts, it still doesn't cost anything to write a short email to inform you about the current status.
I can only strongly advise against buying a Metz product!
I have been driving my Metz moover for 6 months now and love it like I did on the first day. I use it for the daily trip to work. Decisive for the purchase was the promised Made in Germany quality, whereby I hope for a long-term commitment.
