I recently bought a moover. A few days later, the company filed for bankruptcy. And unfortunately I have the bad luck that the battery on the scooter is already defective.

The customer service is under all pig. You never have anyone on the phone who is responsible and those who should be responsible are of course never in the house at the time of the call. Emails are only replied to when you feel like it. As a customer, you sit at home and have ZERO PLAN about what's going on.
I feel EXTREMELY ripped off. Despite bankruptcy, warranty cases have to be processed further. And if it takes longer due to cuts, it still doesn't cost anything to write a short email to inform you about the current status.

I can only strongly advise against buying a Metz product!
