Metropolitan District Commission Review

I set up automatic payment a while ago, but I received " late payment notice" three times since then!! How it can be late I am paying by their auto pay system? They are sending me monthly bill, but it was very hard to decode. For example, Previous balance is $2.96, payment received $45.44, outstanding balance $42.48, current charge $47.17, Total amount due $4.69??? I would say again, I set up auto payment for every month to pay full balance!! I talked their customer service several times, but it is happening again and again. Obviously their auto payment system is not working correctly. Also, when I tried to log in my account on their web page, I always got "invalid' message, troubled to log in. I decided not to use internet page or auto pay.

Mdc can benefit from an app for which Customer s can pay bills...I mean it is the 21 at century...

Just average from what I think but they could be a lot better. Their office administration doesn't respond quickly to complaints or issues. Plus their bills are too high for such lousy service. At least the rep. I spoke to really tried to help me resolve the billing issues and even gave me a credit on my account. But the company needs to improve with customer service for all residents of Hartford.

They have been very helpful with me on the phone. I am concerned about the high prices,...but have had helpful service always.

Terrible Customer Service. 8 hour window and you MUST be home when they arrive.

Horrible customer service. Rude. Stayed on hold for 15 mins and as soon as I said hello call was disconnected. No resolve to my problem.

This company is so bad! They gave me a notice for change water mitter free .I called the customer service to make sure It is free and made appointment to change it . But I received the billing statement for radio transmitters unit charged with $200 ! I called the customer service and told nobody tell me I need pay $200 before. I didn t sign any agreement for $200 ! Why I need pay that? So bad service!

First of all, i never heard of anywhere that have water bill every month and to icing the cake, its just my mom and two tenants next door and the water bill is way too high...i live in New York where we are using washing machine twice a week and watering gardens every day and our bill is just $30 every three months...why am i paying $275- $300 every month... i can not grasp around it...water bill every month in hartford ct and I'm paying over $275-$300 every month, something not right?//

Also the web site is just pure foolishness, every time i tried to sign, i cant see half of the website to answer the stupid question so i had to pay with the kubraez-pay. I think they set it up like that so you will be force to use the kubraez-pay..i dont mind using it but i would like to go into my account to check the actual bill and edit any thing that i want to change..i cannot do that because i can not get into my account...PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE SO THAT WE CAN SIGN IN AS WE WOULD LIKE TO...

The customer services are usually nice to me... but i think something has to be done for the water bills...its way too high and we are paying every month, not fare at all...its water for crying out loud..
