Just average from what I think but they could be a lot better. Their office administration doesn't respond quickly to complaints or issues. Plus their bills are too high for such lousy service. At least the rep. I spoke to really tried to help me resolve the billing issues and even gave me a credit on my account. But the company needs to improve with customer service for all residents of Hartford.
