This particular Toyota dealership is the absolute best I have ever been to. I have visited them all over the country and this one is hands down the nicest. Being partners with Jaguar doesn't hurt either. The waiting room is beautiful, always stocked with snacks, water, coffee, etc. The staff is so nice! You really feel welcome here. 10/10 completely recommend!!!

I ordered a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid earlier this year. Due to supply chain issues, delivery was delayed. Alex McNett took care of everything and kept me informed on status of delivery. One of the options I wanted, a trailer hitch, was not available from the factory. Alex made arrangements to get one installed and provided a loaner vehicle. When the RAV4 arrived, it was completely detailed and had a full tank of gas. I have taken my 2 Toyota s to Metro Toyota for over 10 years now. They have always provided excellent warranty work and service. They have never tried to up sell me on services that were not necessary.

Adam Lukasik made the process quick, easy, and simple. Amidst the pandemic supply constraints, every other Toyota dealer I spoke with was asking ridiculous fees and markups on trucks, but through Adam at Metro Toyota was able to order the exact Tacoma I wanted, at a fair price, and it was delivered a month early.
Finance was excellent as well, instead of throwing out a standard rate, they ensured I got the best possible rate and I was able to get in and out in record time.
Really appreciate respecting my time (and of course, money), I would gladly come back and recommend to other buyers.

Don't buy a car from Blane, he will talk you into a warranty that covers nothing. Horrible experience I would highly recommend never buying a car from this place. Classic sleazy car salesman.
With no inventories on the lot service is their main source of income.
Last service was the worst we've ever experienced.
People at their stations avoiding eye contact and pretending that their busy.
Finally had to ask what time they opened before someone noticed, after pulling my vehicle in and waiting on them.
Service is why you buy from a selected dealer, go elsewhere if your buying toyota.

The dealership has always been nice. However the service organization uses a public facing website for appointments that looks like it was started but never finished by a 10 year old. Essentially unusable to book or modify appoints online.
Almost like they want you to call and speak to someone rather than use the internet.
