Easy to find. Nice ppl. Hard to make a delivery. Tight area.

Scott was amazing! He helped us trouble shoot both of our printers. He was on time and professional. He also asked us if we preferred if he wore a mask or not. We appreciated this because we require our staff and vendors to wear them. Scott, thank you for your great service. We look forward to working with you in the future.

I always have a great experience with the METRO SALES technicians. They are thorough, quick and respectful of my work space. When I called to schedule my service appointment, she was pleasant and gave me the impression she really enjoyed her work. This leaves me with the impression that their employees are happy. I LOVE THAT!!! Keep up the awesome customer service.

We have used Metro for our copiers forever, but recently added our entire printer fleet with them as well. We get the same quick and great service now with our printers as we always have with the copiers. Toner is auto shipped and all our users are happy. Most support calls are done same day or at least next morning. I deal with a lot of vendors and I would put Metro Sales at the top!

My expectations were exceeded at every point----from the fast, friendly intake, to the communications about the service call, and all the follow-up. This was truly a top-notch experience.
