I have over 7.5 million google hits. If you're looking for service...rip off. Don't go there!!! I have a warranty from Ford on my car. I went in this morning and was told that i had to pay 139.00 diagnostic fee for each item i needed to have checked. If they check it and doesn't need fixing each item would cost the 139.00 fee. But if one them is covered then i would only have to pay the 100.00 deductible for the item that's covered. Whereas the other items that don't need to get fixed would be charged 139.00. Highway robbery only in the hood. So different from other dealerships I've gone to. We bought several cars from here...but will never visit service department again even with a warranty.

Excellent and the best service. Sellers are very friendly and the manager super approachable. He understood my economic situation and gave me my ford fusion .. I am excited and happy that they have believed in me. Now I plan to buy one more car there.

Don't waste your time or ignore the other bad reviews. They are very true. Save your self the time and money. They charged my card for 1k down when there wasnt even a deal and then tell me I need 300 more down with very high payment. This was before they told me they already got me approved and told me what my payments would be over the phone after doing a credit application. They tell you anything to get you to come and try getting you approve and will do whatever they can to keep you from going to other dealers. They told me I didnt get approve because the computer messed up and thought I make more a month when I actually make less then what I showed them. Not to mention they have copies of my POI . They refunded me my 1k which was all I had to put down but now I have to wait for certain number of days to recieve my funds back. They told me my deal was done and after the test drive I thought everything else was done but come to find out they have been trying to get me approve without me knowing . They are liars

As a single female I was very nervous about buying my first car by myself. The staff at Metro Ford Chicago made feel very comfortable throughout the whole buying experience. There was no high pressure or hard sell. The owner was on site and his staff was wonderful. As long as I live in Chicago this will be the only place I ever buy a car.

I bought my first call from Metro Ford about 20 years ago, tonight I took my daughter to buy her first car, the young man made it happen for her, sorry I cant recall his name but he was an awesome salesman the entire process was quick and he walk her through everything and even showed her features inside the car that was a plus and the finance manager was a delight as well very personal And friendly, once again thank you for getting my baby girl a nice car!!!! Also thank you Laverne for keeping good notes.

I took my Ford escape and for oil change which I got the works they rotated the tires they top my fluids off and they was very courteous and I'm very happy with the service that I receive from metro Ford in Chicago

Horrible dealership. Completely rude personel. They flat out lied to me in my face and did not disclose all information when I first visit them. What makes matters worse is the general manager had the preceded to yell at me and put his finger in my face because I challenge what they were saying. I had to file a complaint against him with the Ford Company. Avoid this place!!!!!!

Had a great experience with Metro Ford. I didn t have an appointment, but I didn t have to wait long to be seen (especially since I started the process online). Overall, I was taken well care of and everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand. This was my very first car so I was originally nervous about the process, but my sales rep Tony was very kind and patient with me!

Worst ever, had car towed in to do work 5 hours later I had to call and find out what s going on come to find out they not going to do work on it cause the driver side door has a dent in it. They said they tried calling, Bunch of bull. No one ever tried calling. And the car was bought from them. Will never go there again.

I have just come to the realization that customer service anywhere in Chicago is generally going to be subpar. So this is why you probably will never see a five-star rating for me on any place that service oriented in Chicago everyone always seems to have an attitude or seems to want to rush you through whatever process they need too get you through not so that they can offer Speedy service but getting you out of their sight. Metro Ford was no different. Replacing a tire turned out to be almost half a day wait and I wasn't even offered a service ride to my place of residence which is not very far away from there so I ended up walking all the way home and when the car was done all the way back there. I don't mind walking but not given that option is pretty low rent. It appears that if I am going to be dealing with any Ford dealership in must be one that's outside of the city if not the state if I want good customer service that I have constantly had in other locations outside of the Chicagoland area. I highly recommend the same to anyone else who is looking to have their vehicle serviced.

Very bad dealer and a dealer full of lies. Trick me into a car and I drove 8hrs just to find out the car was sold right before I got there. Than offer me other cars to buy. Waste my whole weekend and time. To others who are coming far away. Don't not waste your time with this shady dealer. I spent 400$ for nothjng. I am so mad. Words can not explain my frustrations with this dealers B.S...

The Aki workers do not know they have to have staff that you should know what they are doing and what they are saying to the client, they could not give me a quote, they just passed it to them, texting and watching TV

I recently bought a car from Metro Ford, and their service has always been excellent. They have always been wiling to help me with any questions I've had. I recently went in for an oil change, and my car was ready quickly and they even washed it! I would definitely recommend.

I know there is a problem with one of my wheel bearings on my F-150 so I left it to get checked on Friday and they have not been able to figure out the problem and it s Monday afternoon noon now and to say I just bought this truck in May! They also sold me an extended warranty telling me that it will cover bumper to bumper except the brakes and brakes pads and I go to get it checked and they now say o I don t know why they told you that it s not really bumper to bumper don t lie to your hardworking customers just to get them to buy an extended warranty!

The best car buying experience I have EVER had... I was in a bad situation with my old car with no way out well that s what I thought and I called Metro Ford spoke with Levern who helped a lot when I got to the store sat with Faddie and he worked a miracle at least that s what it felt like now I have a 2019 Ford....THANK YOU GUYS

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this dealership. First of all the listing for the car said it was white and when I drove two hours to get there it was silver. After being in contact with the salesman I would think that's something he would have mentioned. But he did not. We then went in to do the paperwork and somehow the price had jumped by a few thousand. I refused the extra fees and he came back with a new set of numbers and somehow we still weren't down to the original listing price. ( this is not including taxes) I told him that he did not take the fees off and I'm not okay paying the fees he's adding. He then came back and the number had jumped to its highest. I caught this of course and he seemed dumbfounded. He had tried adding in an extra warranty that I told him I specifically did not want. At this point I told him that he needs to fix the numbers to match the listing price or I was walking out. It was then fixed finally and then the manager tried to push the same warranty on me for at least 45 minutes. After a week of having my brand new car I find out that there is a recall on it that is very clear to have known needed fixed. I was not informed of this by the dealership and my brand new car was in the shop ( not metro ford, but another ford dealership). I was extremely displeased with the lack of information that was provided to me. Later when I was trying to figure things out with the BMV I found that my paperwork had been filled out with the wrong address. I called the dealership and somehow they could not help me. Though this was their mistake they kept transferring me within the dealership and no one could help me. About 2 weeks ago I called the service department to ask a simple question that I didn't know. The man in the service department spoke to me as if I were incompetent and like I should know the answer and not be bothering him. I am not okay with the customer service that I received or lack there of actually. I will no longer be doing any business with them and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Since when does it take eight hours and $100+ for a diagnostic? Why try to charge me $300+ to replace the windshield wiper motor when others charge $75. Moreover, why is it that two days after the diagnostic, my car had its first problems ever. It's amazing to me that after eight hours, Metro Ford didn't even look at my car's cylinders. What's more, this is only a part of what happened. Not only were they aggressive and irresponsible, they were also manipulative--two examples will do here. First, in changing the staff member's name on the survey I was going to be mailed, one employee said that I would have to give the location a good rating then, otherwise I would be essentially punishing a staff member who hadn't done anything wrong. Second, to prevent my sharing my experience, they tried to explain that giving me one of the usual, free car washes they give to any other customer was some sort of special privilege being provided. I have never felt compelled to give a bad review before.

Rosa and the service team were great. We stopped in for a small car problem while traveling and they took the car and corrected right away allowing us to have minimal trip interuption. I went in to get a much needed recall taken care of. While it was in line to be worked on, I asked if I could get an oil change as well. They were able to accommodate me on that and a convenient day and time for a return visit, based on their inspection process, which was all conducted within 3 hours wait time. I appreciated the individual chairs in the waiting room that had plastic to separate and protect breathing space. I also appreciated the immediate follow-up call to ask about my experience and discuss any concerns or question I had about my car.

Courteous staff; sub-par service. Did not rotate tires as recommended with every oil change. I only noticed when I inspected my car after they were "done" with the services. When I brought it to their attention, the excuse was my tires showed minimal treadwear. However, according to manual recommendations, rotations should be done at every oil change - nothing said about treadwear exceptions. So that lead me to speculate if the other services were done. Neither did they wash the car as indicated on the receipt that car washes come with all services (and it wasn't raining that day). They tried calling me after I completed their survey, but I will let this one go and will not be returning. Friends warned me about this place, but I went because of location convenience.

They cheated on me. They do Odometer rollback on used cars. I bought a used car half year ago from Metro Ford. During the recent half year, the car keep having problems. Either this or that. I spend about 3500$ fixing the car. And, on last last Saturday, again, the transmission suddenly have some serious problems. I can't bear that any more, so I sold it to Carmax on that day. And in the transaction we found that the mileage had been changed before Metro Ford sold the car to me. I was very angry at that time. I said that I will sue Metro Ford. And I say, I will do! The original mileage is 223,411, and they change it to 83,461. They are really really bad!

Car buying could get stressful but at Metro Ford the team made it easy and comfortable. It was the first Ford I was going to buy I was looking for a confortable vehicle for my 3 daughters. The edge has a lot of leg room and wide enough inside. After owning it for 2 years I m satisfied and recommend it

Ceasar helped me and my husband. This car dealer is the worst. They knew the truck had problems. The break lights were on and the abs breaks also and another light (but Ceasar kept saying it was cause it needed air in the tire when he went for a test run), so while they were "fixing it or putting air" It took them 3 hours to figure that was not the problem. My husband after 2 hours told them forget it he didnt want it and ceasar kept trying to convince him otherwise, he finally said ok take it home come back tmrw theres going to be like a penalty you'll lose money because the plates and my husband said it was fine. Before this happened I signed papers and left I had to leave to work, and the next day when I seen paper work my name was not on anything. He changed it all to my husbands name. Tried returning next day there used car sales manager told me to leave because my husband had to go talk to them. And he told me I couldnt get my money back what do I expect from a car i paid $5000. It does not matter the amount of money I paid. You still took $5000 from a mother and her 3 kids Because this vehicle was basically to get my kids back and forth. So thank you ford for selling me a lemon! 8days later lights are still on and now my transmission light is on. Run from this dealer. Go to toyota up the street. They give way better service. And they dont look busy trying to avoid you from asking what's taking so long.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car from them, two of the tires were dry rotting and were 6 years (!) older than my car. So either they didn't fully inspect it or they ignored the dry rot to save money and certified it anyways. They might have even replaced worn tires with the old tires themselves, I don't know. When confronted they promised a return phone call within 30 minutes, five days later I still hadn't heard from them so I called again. They refused to cover the cost of the replacement, I asked the sales manager (Raul) to look into it further and he promised he would and that he'd call me back by Wednesday. It is now Saturday and I still have not heard back.

Expected to get my car a week from now, was shocked when they called early and had it ready, running and washed. The tech was awesome, the metro staff was very professional and courteous. My car was used, but it looked fresh off the showroom floor. I thought I would still have to spend tons if something happened because its used... NOPE, only issue was the battery and that's only because it was time to change it. Otherwise, my car runs great.

Horrible service! Mechanics are inexperienced. This is the fourth time I take my car for the check engine light and they STILL haven t fixed the problem. It s ridiculous. I Do not recommend this place to anyone.

My Ford 500 was cutting off during driving since January, 2016 no car repair service couldn't tell me why. I said that was it so I took it to Metro Ford and they found out the problem, fix it and did NOT charge a arm and leg. Metro is the place to go.

I bought a Lincoln mkt from them. We negotiate one price and suddenly finance add $300 extra on the bill.i wouldn't be writing this but this is literally stealing. People pay attention before you sing any paperwork with them
