I went in to get a much needed recall taken care of. While it was in line to be worked on, I asked if I could get an oil change as well. They were able to accommodate me on that and a convenient day and time for a return visit, based on their inspection process, which was all conducted within 3 hours wait time. I appreciated the individual chairs in the waiting room that had plastic to separate and protect breathing space. I also appreciated the immediate follow-up call to ask about my experience and discuss any concerns or question I had about my car.
