A simple popular place, drinks struck, and the security treated rude

What a wonderful show. Every year we attend one and every show is better than the other.

Lots of fun. Younger crowd. Great music, slightly bobo. Worth a visit if I can Hamra. Great shows as well

I love this place! It is one if the oldest theaters in Al Hamra street Beirut. There are always great interesting shows to see (musical and other).
On Saturdays they stay till like 5 in the morning drinking and dancing at the underground pub. I advice all tourists to visit this place

Table placement and spacing is not good at all, you have to sit sideways to watch a play. Food and beverages are overpriced.

Awesome place, nice atmosphere, cool lighting, amazing staff.. The only thing I'd rather prefer is another music playlist (depending on my taste) but the crowds enjoy it all so let it be.. DJ is always up to your requests so it is amazing all in all

Antique and rustic theater, located in the heart of Hamra.
Situated in the underground of a center, this place hosts live bands, theatrical shows and has a metro styled bar right outside the stage area.
Place needs heavy renovation, yet again maybe that's what's intended in the rustic and vintage atmosphere of old Beirut.

They bring great shows every day all year long. People and Artists from the whole region gather at Metro Al Madina to spend their time around good food, drinks, music and amazing shows.

One of the few authentic cabaret's/theaters left in the region. You can find all kinds of authentic shows and the level of musicianship held here is phenomenal

Good theatre in the middle of Hamra street in Beirut. A hub for authentic theatre lovers. Good seating and good ventilation, good sound and lighting. However, it needs some work on the reception area to gain more visibility and to attract younger audience. A very good theatre experience.

A retro den that feels like a 70s speakeasy. Cozy auditorium for around 70 people. The perfect size audience for live concerts.

Unfortunately the $ 35 card is for an hour and a few minutes to listen on one song followed by a few clicks.

The goal of listening to Umm Kulthum originally, is a kind of enjoyment of sadness and sensation. There is a sense in the musicians, but unfortunately the singer who gives himself the rank of singer has nothing to do with the subject of Umm Kulthum.
I had to wait a long time for drinks. They made eating, very ordinary quality and cheese added to each dish its smell overwhelmed and encased what can be branching out of unpleasant smells.
I liked to express the unfortunate test of the official, Majd, the answer that he cares about cards and drink and has nothing to do with the technical program.
At the end of the concert, they put up loud music that prevents people to end their drink with chat and evaluate the concert.
The mistake of customers who fall into this trap and do not share their experience in order to keep this place a cultural theater enjoyed by those looking for quality performance.

Excellent music in a jazz club that seems to be American, with the bystanders sitting at the tables and drinks (not very cheap) during the show. Just the coming and going of the waiters and the relative shouting, however, in the long run disturbs those who did not go to eat, but only to listen

Top ! Nice and cosy place with a good theme. I got the chance to see both theater time and night life moment and each got something unique ! First time I do the traditional lebanese dance with almost everybody in a place !

Good place to watch local shows, I recommend hishik bishik shows, very entertaining!
Also the oldies party on Friday after the show is very nice and unique in the city

If you want to party to some kickass Arabic tunes then this place is yours. Though small, the pub attracts a lovely crowd of fun people. I often go there for the pub, but this place is actually known for its theater and the amazing shows it displays. Be sure to catch one of these too.

Medina Metro is a beautiful place to enjoy and hear Arabic and oriental music

It's a cosy small theater where u can have food and drinks while enjoying a true Arabic nostalgic experience.

Excellent theater in the heart of Hamara street. Unique and different shows that takes you back and force in history of art and music. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Last time we were there were served so many delicious appetizers for free because the waiter thought we was late to bring our drinks which was did not complaint about. The Hisk Beshek show is recommended. Late night DJ and dances are also cool when there is no shows.

Fantastic place if you want to blend in with the locals. We saw some great live music and the food was awesome! (but beware: this a buffet reataurant so no a la carte menu available!) The low-key-ness of the place creates a very nice atmosphere :)

A gem in Lebanese night life!
If you ever happen to be in Hamra Beirut don't miss out a visit to this hip trendy spot that has a different show every night. There is a small entrance fee to pay, which goes to the band playing that evening and the drinks at the bar are reasonably priced.
One of the best spots in the city if you're looking for a fun cultural night out with some of the great old classic Arabic live music, or the cool music the DJ spins on weekends.

The best place to listen to independent music in Beirut, also there is a great yet cosy dance floor. Wide drink selection, and the service is just TOP.
