Metalicious

I have mixed feelings about Metalicious. While I appreciate the unique designs and high-quality materials used in their jewelry, I found the website to be somewhat confusing. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, and the product descriptions could be more detailed. However, once I received my order, I was impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory.

I had an overall average experience with Metalicious. The quality of their products is decent, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, some of the descriptions of the products were not accurate, and I ended up receiving a different item than what was pictured. It was a hassle to return and exchange it. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
