I had an overall average experience with Metalicious. The quality of their products is decent, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, some of the descriptions of the products were not accurate, and I ended up receiving a different item than what was pictured. It was a hassle to return and exchange it. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
