I have been working at Metacom for 5 years now. I simply started as a part-time Sourcing Specialist with no previous related work background while studying. I worked my way up to become a full-time Team Leader in one of the successful teams of the company.

I would highly recommend this company if you want to be a call center agent. Their training is good and I not that fluent in English but as the time goes by, I can say that I've grown up in this company.
Its a great company, some people say its a computer shop but its not. Its a real BPO company.
