Great doctors, my husband is cancer free. They are very helpful and caring. He beat the cancer, but they can't help with his pain. The pain is killing him slowly. I guess it's illegal for the doctors to help him. I didn't know law makers were doctors!

I have been in cancer treatments for Multiple Myeloma for over a year at Taussig Cancer Center. I had a Stem Cell transplant that achieved remission for only 2 months. One reason is because I have one high risk factor that makes my case aggressive and hard to treat. But, they have not given up on me! Although there is not a cure for this disease, there are many treatment plans. We are just looking for the right one for me!! This is a wonderful cancer Center. I love everything about it!

The care here is fantastic. People here really care and are always helpful.

This is the place to go when u need the best treatments available these days. The place is huge and with little or no waiting. The doctors are very educated and take time with you. They are honest and answers all your questions and give you options for treatment. Dont look any further than THE CLEVELAND Clinic, if you are considering them you wont be disappointed that you went there. Its well worth the time and drive to Cleveland, Ohio.

As great experience as can be expected, other than one counter person on the 4th floor , should not be working with people , his non compassionate and discourteous customer service skills are more suited for the boiler room or collections not cancer patients there to receive life saving or sustaining treatment , thought it might have been a bad day but after 3 times its just him . Doctors and other staff have been wonderful and very accommodating .

Good Doctors and people. Thoughtful caring staff.. only con' is once you are there it's so big it's hard to go out to eat. In my opinion they over push the health food thing. A person should have the option to eat rabbit food or something with a little flavor..

Ive been going to Taussig since 2011. The people that make this dept. Of the CCF are incredible. From the parking valet to the building maintenence to the medical staff these people are on par with the best medical teams in the world hints why people all over the planet come here for medical care.

At a visit, the receptionist was less then helpful, she continued have discussions with her co-worker about their schedule instead of helping resolve the issue with their computer system. They really need to screen some if these people better dealing with rude people when your already stressed about a illness is ridiculous....(3rd floor reception desk, 11a.m. June 14, 2017)

We've been going here over 3-4 years ... On approach it's VERY sterile looking... Not warm at ALL. BUT the PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. The red coats are always helpful and available. Most our appointment are on Wednesday. Which turns out to the day the designated to serve high tea! ... The volunteers are soooooo KIND!

You get the best care for cancer I really appreciate the service I received there I hate it I have to transfer to cancer of America in Chicago it was a lot going back and forth but God is every where

My husband was treated there at the cancer center. Everyone was very professional. Building beautiful. Our doctors were good and did what they could but unfortunately he passed. Overall it was a good experience.

I don't like that my wife is sick, but this place has been a true gift to us. The entire staff, including Joel, our valet, and Helen and Pat, our intake people every morning, has been awesome. Friendly, attentive, caring, and skilled. They make this experience less painful, and they excel at this.

The building is laid out beautifully, the staff was friendly and supportive. we were called for our appointment within 3 minutes of our scheduled time. When we were done, we discovered that on Wednesdays, they have live music and a tea party in the lobby.

The wife's mammogram was do. I dropped her off at the door and proceeded to park the car. We had a very short wait before seeing her Doctor. After her appointment we set up the next appointment for 6 months down the road. I picked up the car after paying the cheapest parking fee that I've ever had. Picked her up and we were out of there! Wow, fastest appointment ever.

Thank you...this place has been a blessing to our family. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother. She came in with stage 3 multiple myeloma. 5 weeks after starting treatment she is in remission. We cannot thank Dr. Khouri and the Multiple Myeloma team enough. Thank you! We are forever grateful!

I was treated with the utmost respect and care from each staff member I encountered. They made me feel important especially Dr. Angellini. She explained my condition in terms easily understandable and that it's very treatable. Not to mention the fact that she called the next day to reiterate the instructions and that my first iron infusion is scheduled for Monday along with my first B-12 injection. It's comforting to know that I have her and Doctor J. Ho looking out for my best interest. Cleveland Clinic only hire the best. I for one truly appreciate their efforts to make sure that you as a patient will always be number one.
