Horrible management, I live in Picadilly apartments and have mold all over my apartment from a flood that took place a few months ago inside my apartment because of the bad plumbing in this building. The water flooded thru the walls of my kichen and bedroom however everyonr in mesa management including upper managememt is refusing to take care of this issue and I have been living in a partially inhabitible apartment for the last 3 month.
