I had a pretty average experience with Meringoff Properties. Their customer service was okay, but nothing to write home about. The property I rented was clean and well-maintained, but I found the rental process to be a bit tedious. Overall, I wouldn't say I had a bad experience, but it wasn't great either.

Excellent service. Transparent company who do business with integrity. Doing business with them for more than 8 years. Unfortunately things happen in life and in business. It was a terrible thing that happened however to blame Meringoff is irresponsible in my humble opinion that is.
Failed to maintain their property at 729 7th Ave after receiving fines from city. Paid fines but did not repair failing building facade, facade fell and killed a random passerby. Would you trust this property manager? I surely don't.
